Don’t call front desk and ask questions about rooms. No one can give you a straight answer

There wasn't always a person at the front desk, I won't be going back to this hotel when in this area. Room was clean and the hallways were clean breakfast bar was very limited.

A seven day stay and we only received housekeeping once after we had complained for two days. Take Lysol, you'll want to try to disguise that smell. It is right next door to Jolly Roger's, a superb and surprisingly affordable place for dinner.

The first room we had tonight was utterly disgusting. We counted 8 spiders in a matter of 30 seconds or so, (3 in one corner, 2 in each of 2 MORE corners, and 1 in the bathtub!) I took pics for proof. Also, the room reeked of some smell, maybe like old cigarette smoke? They put us in another room, which was spider free, but still had the same nasty smell. We're pretty low maintenance, and never really complain about much. But this is disgusting. We won't be back. VERY disappointed too, because my daughter and I had a special weekend planned for just us. This hotel put a damper on our time. We ended up leaving before we even got into bed. We felt SO gross. The owner is supposed to call me in the morning. Hopefully, due to the circumstances, we will get a full refund. On a positive note, Amber, the front desk clerk, was above AMAZING! I wish her much success in her life. She was friendly, courteous, helpful, etc. If you get a chance to be served by her, that will be the bright spot of your stay.

Room was clean but the grounds and outside the pool was dirty could have had better up keep sorry but I tell it like it is not a good appearance at all

I will give this hotel five stars because you have a great breakfast a great staff that was friendly and the location on the lake is beautiful along with the outside patio area. However the rooms are filled with spiders and all the windows are filled with spiders. It could be a very nice place with a little bit of TLC.

After I had already booked I read a lot of reviews that were not great. Honest review location is awesome pool and deck right on the lake very relaxing no bed bugs they did offer complimentary breakfast (not just a paper bag with a muffin) our room appeared to be newly renovated the outside of the building and windows could be cleaner but you are right on the lake overall enjoyed our stay location was awesome and we were close to all the things we wanted to do

Me and my family stayed at this hotel and when we first arrived the guy charged my card for the wrong room! When I checked out everything was fine until about two days past and I saw my card gets charged for $250 and they said that it was because they smell cigarette smoke my family and I are non-smokers this is my third day reaching out to quality inn as I was calling today trying to explain myself and the guy hung up on me! At this point I’m not worried about the money I’m just worried that they have my card on file and worried that they’re going to continue to charge my card for things that I did not do.

Great stay.clean rooms, comfy beds, great service. Only complaint.they desperately need to pressure wash the building.bad.covered in webs and dead bugs.all over the windows.near the pool.outside seating. Pool area and pool are really nice too!

First room we got to had an old pizza box on the dresser, could immediately tell that the room was not well cleaned. Was given a new room which was a little cleaner but still not great. Rooms need to be updated and smell of smoke. Housekeeping doesn’t do a good job cleaning rooms, there was mildew in the sink and on one of the baseboards in our room. Yes, it’s a two-star hotel, but for $140/night I still expect to get a room that has at least been cleaned.

I am only giving this 4 stars because it could be cleaner, but that is every single hotel at the lake. I'd say it is actually one of the cleaner hotels at the lake.

The pool deck is a nice place to watch the sunset. It is newly refinished. The pool is really small. Anything beyond 10 people would be too much.

The breakfast area is up the stairs from the check in desk and I don't think there is any easy way for someone to get to it that is in a wheelchair or has difficulty walking. Even if there is an elevator, which I don't think there was, you would have to go around this very narrow tight area to get in the room.

There is no beach access from this hotel, but the deck hangs off the back over a rock wall.

Upon checking into our room, we found bed bug larvae and casings (with accompanying blood- yay!) on the mattress pad, night stand and dresser. Of course, we were not going to sleep with bugs so we immediately left and opted to drive an hour home instead. Management is now refusing that there were any trace of bugs and will not refund. Absolutely disgusting, do not recommend.

The room was disgusting.it was dirty roaches and bed bugs everywhere do not stay you can find somewhere way better and cheaper too.it’s disgusting they won’t refund you no matter what.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The room was disgusting. The shower was no clean, the floor was dirty, the sheets were dirty, the window was dirty, even the fridge was terrible so basically all they did was make the bed. I told the front desk about this and all they said is “we are working on it”. Obviously not! All they have is was a 20% discount. I will never stay here again!

Lost our reservations even though we had the email on our phone! Most of the service was not very nice!

Checked in saturday night and they had bugs crawling on the floor.roaches to be exact.i ripped the bed sheet up and you guessed it, bed bugs! This place is absolutely DISGUSTING.outdated, ugly and cheap.you bet your sweet bees, i left immediately.took the drive home over an hour away, and guess what? No refund! They’re rude and don’t care about the people staying.absolutely atrocious.

The pool and deck out back are truly the highlight of hotel. Beautiful place to watch a sunset over the lake!

When we went into the room there were obvious bed bugs and their larvae on the bed and mattress pad. I immediately notified the front desk and the man and woman working there cam e to the room and verified this. I was taken to the hotel next door where they had a room, but my daughter's refused to stay for obvious reasons. I talked to the manager, Connie, today who refused to refund my money because "maintenence " did not find any bugs. Saw that coming. Connie refused to give me the phone number to contact her supervisors. She was extremely rude. I am going to report this to our local news station as well as the bed bug registry.

We walked into a very strong overpowering odor of fabuloso. I know that you need to sanitize but not this overpowering smell. You can do it with natural cleaners. We couldn't stay because of it
