Rooms are nice enough but the staff is terrible in particular this little punk that works the front desk in the daytime named Adam

I stayed here for months for work. They charged me 252.36 checking in Mon-Thurs. Wednesday I get charged another 252.36 and have yet to refund me the money. They'll say their system only shows one initial charge that it must he a mistake and will be refunded in however many buisness days. We'll here we are months later and nothing

This was by far the worst service I have ever came across. The employers that work there are beyond rude. And it seemed to be every shift. They are extremely nosy, and just flat out rude and mean. They yelled at me and told me I could never stay at their hotel again because I checked out passed 11a.m. They never called or knocked on the door to tell me it was check out time. I slept in and didn't realize it was after 11. However it is their job to make sure and let the guests know it's check out time. A simple mistake turned into him yelling at me and saying I could no longer rent a room with them. Not to mention the night before I had to jump through hoops to get the deposit to go through on my card. Which they were no help at all. They didn't care that I was already charged for the room they was going to not let me stay if I didn't have the deposit. Thank God I came up with it because they charged me for the room prior to telling me about the deposit. I would of been out all my money and no room if I wouldn't of came up with the 100.00 for them to hold as deposit. I don't recommend staying here. Unless you enjoy being treated like absolute trash.

Check in was quick and easy house keeping was friendly. Breakfast was great. Didn't like how some people parked with trailers taking up multiple spots

After having a horrible experience elsewhere, this was refreshing. No carpets, thank you Lord. It was clean, and it was a short quick stay where I couldn't unpack certain essentials and the front desk had it. Also, breakfast was nice, waffles with real fruit, yogurt, granola bars and juice. No pics. We got there late, left early. Had a place to be.

I stayed at this hotel plenty of times no problem. But recently I was woke up by house keeping 2 mornings in a row. And to make matters worse some old lady walked in my room with no knock nothing. When I asked why she didn't know English. The next day they did the same exact thing. When I asked the lady after I called the front desk with no answer. I went up front she was reading a book so didn't look busy. Upon check out I asked for the corporate # after the lady acted like she tried to look I said I'll let them know you wouldn't give me the #. The lady said " Your no one special and all I did was complain. Which isn't true I never said 2 words to this lady til woke up. I had one complaint. She proceeded to tell me get out and she will call the police. Concedering I'm a man of color and she was Caucasian that would not turn out good. If I did something yes but I didn't I said yes mam no mam never raised my voice it was uncalled for. I'll never stay here again. By the way you need a matinace man or woman the hotel is falling apart. Shower walls separating due to leaking shower head which needs the washer in it changed. I would know I have a company and do matinace. I really would like to talk to owner or GM but no return call nothing and the lady TERRY which lied and said her name was Mary. Why lie if you did nothing wrong. Other employees said she is extremely rude but do to lack of employees she gets away with anything. But a threat of police in Columbus is a threat on my life to me. If you respond besides the computer generated response I'll appreciate it if not I'll definitely look into this woman never doing this to no one else. She needs to know her actions could cause others harm. Thank you for reading. My son did say the beds were very comfortable if anything good to say. Mz Val and the young man on nights was very helpful too. Terry / Mary needs a new line of work. Maybe a from home job she was scared of a respectful man just asking a question.

Never again will i stay here please read! I booked this hotel month before for a luke combs concert. At checking in it was a older grey hair lady she was rude. I am tan i lay out i enjoy the sun and the lady said" wow! Looks like you got to much sun" we had another couple with us and it embarrassed me so bad. How rude to say that. Then we go up to our room 303 and there was a burn hole in the blanket i went straight down n told her cause i didnt want to be charged for smoking. The room was very musty. The door would not latch unless u slammed it. Good thing my husband notice it or anyone could of walked in while at the concert. After coming back from the concert my husband said u would not stay here if i told what i have seen. I said dont tell me n i took my shoes off at the bed n pulled my shorts off in the bed. Got up i only had 2 pair of shorts i put one pair on n i left my other ones in the bed by mistake.we are human right we forget things. So i called the grey hair lady i knew her voice said there still cleaning. So i called back about 2 hours later asked again if they seen them its my fav shorts also had 30$ in them from the concert. She said ill call roomkeeping they said they found nothing but also stated that if they find something the lady that cleans the room has been there for 13+years that she turns stuff in. So i figured i would call 1 more time few hours later and ask for a manager. She said i talk to the manager eralier and said she told me u called n said that i signed a paper saying there not responsible for left or stolen items n hung up on me yess hung up on me. Very disrespectful. So if you stay here n u leave anything behind they will take it. What happen to the faithfull and loyal people in this world

I don't normally write negative reviews but I had a horrible experience with this place. I arrived at night and everything was dark with several cars in the parking lot with their engines running. I pulled up to the entrance and walked up to the front door to go in when an employee sitting at the entrance asked me if I was trying to check in. I said yes, and she told me that the power was off so I couldn't do it (apparently the electricity was off in large parts of the city for two days). I asked her what to do, and she told me to call the hotel tomorrow for a refund. So I left to try to find somewhere else to stay. When I called back the next day, an employee literally hung up on me when I said I was calling about a refund for the previous night. I called back and talked to a different employee explaining that I thought I'd accidentally been disconnected the first time, and the employee very rudely said "No we're just very busy and don't have time to talk with you now. Call back another time. " I called back twice more and they took down my information and promised that the manager would call me back because they told me that only the manager could approve the refund. Manager never called me back. Finally, after nearly a week I talked to an employee who accused me of being a "no show" but said that I could try to request a refund through the travel site I'd used to book the hotel. Travel site said they were happy to give me a refund if the manager approved it, but I received an email today saying that the manager had denied the request. I followed the hotel employee's instructions when I arrived at the hotel and I don't really understand what I was supposed to do differently. I feel like I've been scammed out of over $100.

Pros: Plenty of towels, good lighting, lots of counter space, comfy beds and large bathroom. Cons: Customer service fair, no desk chair, some wear and tear.

The room is clean and the breakfast is pretty good but I will never stay here again. There is always an issue with billing. When going through priceline or trivago something either doesn't bill and they charge again and then the charge finally goes through or they charge $100 charge as well and hope you don't remember it and they keep the fee and have to fight to get it credited back.

Clean rooms and felt like it was safe, but hotel is in bad need of maintenance. Wallpaper peeling off walls, missing paint, missing pieces of trim. But mostly, lots of things that don’t work. Laundry and ice machine out of order, drain missing from tub, bathroom fan does not work.

I would give no star at all, after I booked a room on booking.com on my name with my own card Ia had reservation number and everything, they say they don't see my name on the card in the system and so they will not accept me there! So I have to take another uber to another hotel. So disappointed!

The lady didn't tell me that u have to pull up on the door handle to open it so when I came back to see why my door wasn't opening she treated me like I was stupid for not knowing that. I never been there before and I was nice about it! Also a super small hotel. Not bad tho.

Do not come here these people will accuse you of smoking in the hotel room and try to charge you on some you ain’t do. Especially the big fat black lady that must be sniffing crack. If she thinks that’s true

My company has its stay there. Really clean and well kept. Got to be a real deal to stay while traveling. Breakfast. Nice rooms.

Very clean. The staff was so friendly. I dropped my phone in the parking lot and it was returned to the front desk. The concierge contacted my mom who booked the room to let us know it was found. Thank you! This lady deserves a raise! Not everyone would be so honest.

Comfortable bed. Free breakfast was appreciated. Clean room? House next door. Slept good during the day. No noise from other rooms that I noticed.

Stayed here with my 14yo son for a recent Ohio State football game. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Nice to have a hot breakfast to start the day. Price was reasonable.

The most disrespectful person I have even came across, no idea of her name, they denied entry to my father in law alledging it was because the reservation was with points, which they have to honor being a part of the program but by they was I was treated over the phone it was pure discrimination because my father in law does not speaks English, I will file a complaint with the BBB as well as 6 on tour side, this has to stop.
