Communication and follow through is terrible. Couldn't even get an email to confirm the design after I called multiple times!

Very argumentative and the lady in the front raised her voice at me when I needed her to repeat something. She didn't like that I asked her to repeat "STEVE" again.

(Mind you my ear drums just got blown out and it's very hard for me to hear anything)

How you do anything is how you do everything, and when the gentleman on the phone got very rude I knew it was time to go grab my items.

Bad customer service:/

Always quality. Always professional. Always competitively priced. Been doing business with Steve and Matt here for a while and will never go anywhere else.

Needed a name stitched on a jean jacket. Done in a timely manner and with top quality work.

Does not keep promises. Does not return calls or follow up when they say. Finally picked up my shirts after 3 or more months. Never got sample and talked to owner and the big guy 6 times, 2 in person. Maybe too busy for small companies.

They did a phenomenal job. 100+ pieces completed in less than two weeks. Mat’s my guy, patient, detail oriented and specific. They take pride in what they do and it shows in their quality.

Horrible experience! Poor customer service, I put in a order to have a simple logo stitched in a jacket and a t-shirt and was told it would take 7-10 business days to complete which was fine but I went up there on the 10th business day just for them to hand me back my items untouched… So basically they held my items for ten days with no communication for no reason at least they could of reached out and said we will need a little bit more time or whatever the case but the fact they didn’t do nothing is just a smack in the face. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AT ALL.

I was referred to Quality Stitch by another embroidery business. I sent an email to placed an order on 12/7/2021. After numerous attempts of calling, leaving messages and going to the shop to receive an invoice it was received on 1/12/2022. I attempted to pay my invoice that day, however they were unresponsive until 1/20/2022 when the invoice was paid. Today 3/30/2022 I had to go to the shop to get a refund. At no point did they contact me on the status or to let me know that they were unable to complete my order. This was for a high school varsity jacket for my son. His season has started and ended during this process and now he is about to graduate. Only thing he said to me when he gave me my money back was “sorry” with an attitude like I did something wrong. It seems to me that this company doesn’t want any new business and is comfortable with current customers. Sadly I was interested in using them for my establishment clothing company, but I guess that is no longer an option.

Bad service. I’m running a apparel service with preorder coming in from online. I did a test service and it took two months to receive orders. I was told all kinds of things. Ha e them another chance and started taking pre orders telling customers and estimated time based on what Quality stitch portrayed. I never really got serious time when items would be done this time aroun 30 days later I go to get intel’s and I’m told basically indirectly that my order is not priority. It normally takes two weeks the graphic guy says. He throws in no one has started them orders and one machine is down and there no telling when it’ll be done. I jus grabbed items and left. Meanwhile bags of orders or packed up ready to ship and 5 workers are there doing he machines

I needed shirts for a bachelorette party on short notice after my other printer fell through. These guys were extremely accommodating and got my order done in less than 48 hours. Super friendly service and the shirts turned out perfectly!

I got 2 tshirts made for my best friend birthday and they said a week but was done sooner it came out really nice I’ll be back

Always do a great job. Staff is very professional and friendly. Will continue to go there to get my gear altered.

Called and stopped in with logos, vector files already ready and materials ready for heat transfer and embroidery. We have tried getting a simple price based on everything provided. We have called them tens of times with no answer. After switching to a different phone number, they answered! When asked, I was given some story about how they couldn't give me pricing because of some of the vendors they have, they are not legally allowed. After providing them with all of my 501C3 paperwork and non taxable paperwork, they still have yet to call me or answer. Id say I should of read the reviews before I chose them. Utterly horrible customer service. I 100% do not reccomend them as they can't complete the simplest of tasks, giving customers simple pricing.

EDIT: Its funny bclecause you act like I'm the only one with this type of "issue". If only you responded to your customers the way you respond to your negative reviews, you wouldn't have so many 1 star reviews. I have copies and witnesses to every interaction, so again, dont act like im the only one with this complaint! Your shop is utter disgust, your customer service is non existent, and your ability to run a business shows all!

The work was ok but the customer service when I picked up my item
was unprofessional and somewhat discourteus.

Great service! Needed a short turnaround on logo business shirts and got them just in time for Christmas! I honestly didn't expect them to be ready in time but Q. S. E.got the job done and the shirts look awesome. I will definetly be a return customer.
