Called in late on a Friday afternoon to discuss issue I experienced with audio output. Individual I called took information and created a ticket plus explained issue would be referred to a knowledgeable person to address. I had a message on Sunday acknowledging receipt of information and asking about best time to connect the following Monday. The individual assigned to the ticket, Nicole, promptly connected at the prearranged time and quickly diagnosed the issue and root cause. She subsequently found information about how to address the issue and worked with me not only to implement the fix, but to make sure the course of action really fixed the problem. Great Service!
