Queen City Laundry reviews
10Clean and an excellent drop off wash and fold service.about double the cost of the one I use in KY but alot closer.still my fave local drop off wash and fold
I have been a customer for years and it is always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful!
It’s always great to go to a place (laundromat) that’s clean & well taken care. For example- the machine are always clean & working. 2- the place stay on point with cleanliness. The staff is always very helpful if there any questions they are there to help which is a A+. There’s lots of room to fold your clothes & there’s always carts to used as well if needed. Parking is great. Really can’t say anything off about QueenCityLaundry.
Just keep up the great work & always hoping that your business continue to expand more & more.
Thanks so much for over the years serving the area.
This is one of the cleanest, we’ll maintained laundromat I have ever seen. All the machines work - they are cleaned thoroughly daily. Couches. Tables. Kids area. Vending machines. And A TV. Just a nice place to do your laundry.
Clean with friendly employees who are extremely helpful. Best laundromat I've been to or seen in years
Clean and empty. The prices are really good. I was in and out in no time. This location opens at 7 and closes at 9pm daily. There are plenty of oversized washers and dryers to choose from for your laundry needs
The woman with curly brown hair working day shift refused to help me and was very snotty. When i first requested help she seemed put off then when i explained the washer wouldn’t start she just stood there and looked at me
I would actually give it 3 1/2 stars. A bit expensive. A load of clothes in the 65lb washer costs $10 and it cost $3 to dry my clothes. $13 a load is a bit much for me. Not enough medium or larger sized machines either. And if you use your credit card they charge an extra $5, though apparently anything you don't use is returned to your card at some point.
However, I will say it is a very clean and quiet place. The TV's were on something positive and weren't cranked up and there was no annoying music. That is definitely worth something.
Are you particular about how you clean your clothes? Does the cleanliness of the machines matter to you? Friendly staff Walkability to other retail establishments check out this location!
