6We have had nothing but the best experiences at Queen City Physicians. The doctors treat you like family. I have been bringing my kids here for awhile and I used to be a patient long ago. Dr. Cionni and Dr. Bailey are thorough and great at explaining everything. I highly recommend them as your pediatricians!
Have been bringing my kids here for years. Love the place they're very respectful and nice. They always treat my babies with stickers and love. I wish I could give them 1,000 stars!
Garbage place.
Never been there and they refuse to take me as a patient they claim I no showed when I was 18 and won’t take me.
Wish I could give 0 Stars. I went to the pediatrician here when I was younger and took their advise when I aged out and went upstairs. However that office is night and day compared to the great care I received from the pediatrician. They would not release my records to me when I moved due to the military. They would not send me anything via my chart either. They were rude on the phone to me and just transferred me to a new person when they got tired of talking to me. Doctors were great, front part of office not so much. I would recommend going elsewhere though due to the front desk’s terrible and inconsiderate staff.
I have been coming to this office for 25 years. There are no words to describe the competency and caring heart of Dr Marc Alexander. He has made some amazing life saving decisions with loved ones in my life. I have told other doctors the things he caught and they even said they would have never made the connection. He is a gifted physician and I mean it when i say i trust him with my life.
