Quest Diagnostics Cuyahoga Falls

During my experience their process times seems excessively slow. I was never made aware of this prior.

Shawnn was amazing. Barely felt a thing. She was kind and professional and made me feel very comfortable.

In and out. No problem. The gal taking my sample was cheerful, very courteous, and efficient. I see some pretty bad reviews and they may be accurate, but my experience was good and I've done plenty of these.

Doesn’t take walk ins even though the place is empty with no patients. I sat there and watched for 45 minutes and no one went in or out.

Rude employees. I never had my blood taken by the blonde haired woman until a few weeks back, but she's absolutely mean. Takes forever to get your blood results.
To everyone else claiming it took forever to get the blood drawn, make an appointment. It's not that hard

DO NOT GO HERE. You’ll will not be able to get any human on the phone and tests take more that 14 days. Mine is still pending so it’s probably a longer turnover than 14. No one will pick up a phone to answer anything.

I don't like getting blood tests, but Karen did such an excellent job, that l barely felt the needle and, it was over in a few seconds. I, even, complimented her on her skills.

This location is horrible. Employees are rude, I made an appointment and still had to wait over an hour. I don’t recommend this place unless you want to be treated poorly and wait hours for an appointment you scheduled. Never coming here again.

Clean. Friendly staff. In need of a receptionist, sat there for a while with no contact with any staff. I feel like even for the staffs safety they need a front desk person.
My doctors office did not receive the results so they had to call. Other than that I would use them again.
