I'm writing to commend Justin at Quick Lane in Kent for the excellent service I received on my two Toyota Priuses this past week. Justin was friendly and courteous and kept me posted on the progress of the oil change for one car and the diagnostic work regarding loud noise the other car (with almost 160K miles on it) was making. He talked to me about options regarding service and repairs and the costs involved. The price on the oil change was the lowest in town and the car that was making noise is now about as quiet as the day I bought it new. Thanks Justin.
