Straight out lied to me. I wanted to watch my repair be done, first, they said because of Covid I cannot watch if it was not for Covid He would have no problem letting me watch him do the repair.one minute later I said I would wear a mask, his new excuse was… he said that it would slow him down too much and he could do three repairs in the amount of time they would consume letting me watch. I don’t trust them and from looking at other reviews, I think my intuition was right! I’ll go to a place that lets me watch them do the work so I know it’s really getting done and I’m paying for what’s getting done!

Quick and reasonable! Bought a new machine from him as mine couldn't be fixed. I always use this shop.

Awesome experience here yesterday. Son broke his bike. I tried to disassemble but there are special tools for some of the higher end bikes I guess. They immediately put the bike on the rack and started working. Great service and true to their name pun intended.

This bike/appliance repair shop has been a well respected pillar in the Ohio Valley for a very long time.
Had some work done on what I call my “Covid” bike. I wanted to upgrade some components. Dave and crew did an amazing job PLUS noticed that my brakes were a little mooshie (that’s a word right?) and bled them and now they will work properly.
So…if you are in the market for a new bike (road, trail, mountain) do yourself a favor and stop by Quick Service.
You’ll be happy you did!

First time in here. Everyone was friendly and asked if I needed help. Dropped of a bicycle to have looked at and serviced. I will definitely be back. Dave is a wealth of knowledge! Prices are fair.

Talk to David! He's been a bike mechanic 30yrs and immediately knew what bike and year mine was just on the bike rack.

It needed a ton of work because it's a 15yr old 26in mountain bike. With supply chain problems and hick ups it took longer than expected but he was professional and understanding throughout. Even allowed me to amazon wheels to him because his suppliers were out of that size wheel.

You always get an information download when you talk to him. I'm a bike tinkerer and far from a professional but he was able to walk me through future purchases I can do myself. After receiving the bill I checked the markup on the parts and most them were exactly the same as Amazon or other bike part websites.

He clearly wants the best for his customers and isn't just concerned about money. He even got brake pads that matched the bike and it looked cleaner than it did when new! I got new wheels, chain, rear derailleur, cassette, cables/housings, and new bottom bracket for only $50 labor!

He also did a 700c hybrid with a much smaller amount of work and recommended some accessories that fit my needs.

I dropped my sons bike off for a new tube on the back tire, which I provided. The lady noted the brakes may need replaced and it would cost $7 and rudely added the brakes were probably on incorrectly because it is “just a department store bike”. I was told it would be ready in two days. Seven days later I called to check on the bike and was told it was $149! I was not consulted on the work they did and when I questioned why I was not consulted I was told to pick it up or they’ll keep it and resell it and she hung up on me. Now they are keeping my sons bike that is only one month old! Why would I pay $149 for a tire when I can buy a brand new bike for $140! Horrible service and very unprofessional!

Put on rear cassette, New chain, bike had about 450 miles. Didn't ask for chain but a new cassette so Ok, but moved front derailleur, cable out of wack, clicks -shifts on its own, way off the mark, I had to. O never mind, why tell him how to & if you go there for service.you wouldn't either. New chain doesn't require movement of front derail, to install rear cassette! And it clicks may not be compattable.

First time in here. Everyone was friendly and asked if we needed help. Dropped of a few bicycles to have looked at and serviced. I will follow up to comment once price is known and service is completed.

This bike shop I have been going to for years always friendly and treats you like family. They have the best professional backgrounds about bikes more than anyone else know around. I highly recommend quick fix bike shop for all my bike essentials and you'll be supporting a local town business.

Owner Rob and mechanic Dave are fabulous. A friend and I are riding across the USA and needed some mechanical repairs. Dave quickly assessed the situation and fixed our issues and made sure we were safe to go. Rob had good advice on what to expect on riding the GAP and C&O Canal Towpath Trails. I highly recommend this shop.

Have been there a couple times to buy parts. Took a bike tire to get installed and they couldn't. Came back to install my cassette to the XD driver and they took it for inspection and when they gave me my cassette and wheel back they told me they fixed it but lost the end cap (and they were laughing). This is a $20.00 usd cap + taxes + shipping and they did not inspect the cassette (did not fix it) and made me lose time, money and they put the blame on me. Bad Service!

Like most seniors who won't ask for help, my dad needed an element for his oven for months. Ordered it from this shop. When a very busy electrical friend came to install it, he said his old element was not bad. Looked up part needed & told him his element online was only $65. That shop charged $107 & will not take it back. Talk about ripping off a senior. It also had a burnt spot on the new element. NOTHING LIKE OVER CHARGING OUR SENIORS. Will never buy from this shop again. Lesson learned.
