4 Do not use them!
We purchased a pool through Watson's, and they contracted with R&R pools to do the excavation and installation. The owner, Bob Roll, arrived at our home and was more interested in making money and "keeping the wheels turning on his bobcat" than keeping his staff or my home and family safe. He was rude and misogynistic the minute he began dealing with me.
They didn't call 811Dig before digging and hit our main electric line. He believed this was somehow our fault. He left without even assuring Duke had arrived, and my house hadn't burned down. We were out of our home for four nights and incurred thousands of dollars worth of damage. Giving one star because at least he filed an insurance claim.
Bob from R&R disassembled, moved, reassembled & leveled my billiards table. Truly a professional & craftsman - I could not be happier!
They change my green beat up pool table to my bengals cloth pool table they did amazing level it out i love my new pool table i would recommend them to anyone if you need something done to your pool table thank you for your amazing work
Fired after they ruined my yard and lost my pool parts, borrowed and broke my tools, left trash in my yard and never showed up when they said. After 4 days of taking off work and them not completing installation on my 15ft above ground pool on level ground! Beware of using them.
