She is a fantastic doctor! She really cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen to you and understand the problem. So very helpful. She actually helped me find an antidepressant medication that is right for me. I had gone to multiple doctors and tried so many different medications and nothing worked. I can finally function and my daily life isn’t impacted by my depression anymore.

Dr. Colby really took the time to learn about my health and was very caring. I felt very comfortable talking with her.

Wow what a comfortable experience speaking with Dr. Colby. She makes you feel like you can ask/share anything that would normally be awkward with another doctor. Would recommend her to literally anyone, but especially the LGBT+ community.

At this point the doctor is a joke, I've called three times in the past week trying to get a hold of her bec she's my primary. I was having issues and still am, and she was emailed by her assistant but apparently me as her patient am not important. Disgusting and will be switching for such negligence

The building is very modern and I liked how organized everything was. Dr. Colby was fantastic and she took her time with me as we went over my history and all my concerns I had. The office made it easy to go down to get blood drawn after my visit. My whole experience with the facility, and Dr. Colby was excellent.

New patient office visit went exceedingly well. Dr. Colby is well-educated and well-trained. Her review of my medical record was thorough and thoughtful with her keying in on the important things. She listens and explains things very well. I am very pleased to have her as my primary care physician.

She asked questions about me so she could get to know me, most doctors just don't seem that interested, it matters

I was looking for a new PP after moving to the area. Dr Parker-Colby was very kind and attentive during my visit (gets 5 stars), however the post visit follow through was nonexistent (1 star). The minute she walked out of the room she forgot about referrals she was to give me for a sensitive subject. The receptionist asked what they were for and I had to tell with others around. It was embarrassing. Three months later I contacted Dr Parker-Colby via MyChart regarding a renewal of a prescription and a dosage question. I got a curt response from her staff about making an appointment. I responsed that I had recently been in the office, my meds were discussed, and I didn't want to pay for another visit when I had just been there. I said it would be great if the doctor could get back to me. I never heard back from anyone. I had to contact my previous PP at the Cleveland Clinic to get the help I needed. So disappointed.

Dr. Colby is wonderful, she takes the time to listen to my concerns about my health and is very diligent in dealing with things on time.

I love Dr. Colby. She's great. Takes all the time I need, to explain results and possible testing. Great doctor, truly.

Great doctor who takes the time to address any concerns you have and makes sure you’re comfortable with the care you’re receiving. Had two appointments so far and both I felt listened to and had my concerns met with appropriate care.

Dr. Parker-Colby is extremely professional, caring, and thoughtful in her approach to all topics. She doesn’t put a primary focus towards weight but healthy behaviors and enhancing one’s quality of life overall. Her approach to physical and mental health is phenomenal. More doctors need to be like her.

Always a super great experience! The staff are incredibly friendly and respectful, and I always leave feeling informed and with all my questions answered. I've been going here for hormone therapy for 8 months now and the approach has been to start me low and work my dosage slowly up until I hit the levels I want, and I appreciate this more cautious approach since I really don't want to screw up my hormone levels.but still seeing the results I want!
