They were very courteous and kept me informed every step of the way. The rental car was clean and easy to drive (even tho it was red) lol. When my car needed body work they sent it to be done and it looked good as new. I would recommend Rad Air for any and all service needs.

Went to Rad Air for the first time today (to get my car eCheck ready), and I couldn’t be happier. Service was fast and Rick was kind, friendly and knowledgeable about our situation and offered the best option for our particular needs. Since our favorite mechanic is no longer in business, we had been looking for a good new place to go, and we’ve found it! Definitely will be going back.

I received a full explanation of my cars problem, it was addressed, I was shown the broken parts that were replaced and was able to use a loaner. I do feel they should zero out the speedometer when you take the loaner and then just pay so much per mile driven. That way if you take it with a less than full tank you have an idea what is a fair charge.
