I can't lie my service was great, I wasn't having some of the best of luck lately, but Eric made my car run great and I'm very happy with my overall service and yes I would recommend Rad Air, I will never get mad I will call Eric at Rad- air fit my repairs

On 3/27/2023, I had engine repair work done at Rad Air - Garfield Heights and I am happy with the repairs. They were courteous and the work was professional. I will recommend them to everyone.

Eric and the team has my car running 1000x times better. Great communication thru the whole process of getting my car running back to smooth. I definitely recommend. I have used them on more than one occasion and always get great service.

Eric was great! My car was fixed the same day. When I dropped my vehicle off they gave me a ride home and when my car was ready picked me up. Very professional.

I took my Jeep in because it had failed its emissions inspection. I expected it to take either a few hours or a few days. They noticed while it was there that it needed new front brakes, which I have been aware of for a while. They found the cause of the emission control problem, and replaced my brakes before the end of the day. Very professional, very friendly. I'll be taking my vehicles there for service from now on.

Just because you own the place doesn't mean that you display poor customer service. You do good work so please have a good attitude.

Had my breaks did Is but new tires from them Lower ball joints wheel bea.did now any thing breaks on my vehicle I go to rad air they never let me down in-and-out perfect job Perfect team

The Manager took the time to put the truck back on the lift to show me all of the work that was done as well as advise me of other work needed to be done in the near future. Quality work at a good price!

This was my first visit to Rad Air. I had a very good experience and the staff was extremely friendly and informative. I came in after leaving two other shops trying to determine what was going on with my 2008 Ford Fusion. After they inspected my vehicle they explained what was going on in great detail. The repair was a bit pricey and they informed me of the 2 financing options available to pay for the repair which came in handy. Eric was very helpful and explained everything to me as once they got into the repair an issue arose and he informed me of my options and provided me with pictures of everything. I definitely will be back and I actually just dropped off my wife's car to get repaired, they are amazing! Excellent customer service!
