We were very happy with the service provided by the Radioactive team. They installed an outdoor TV and speakers for us and did an excellent job. They took their time to get everything done right and customer service was excellent as we worked through a couple minor issues.

Despite my less-than-stellar experience with Verizon, they were able to assist me with professionalism and courtesy. The store itself was recently updated and had a clean and friendly atmosphere. Great locally owned family business to support.

Don't buy a phone here. Go anywhere else. They lie to u so that you'll order a phone and nothing they say is right. I had to file a complaint with Verizon because they didn't credit my account for the phone I traded in. The plan they quoted was higher and they refused to give me the cord that goes with the new phone. Will never go back.
