Owner was fabulous to work with and pricing was more than fair as she was able to negotiate pricing to suit my needs. We purchased an item from a home she worked in and it was better than anticipated. I will definitely use them in the future

Rainbow of Cleveland was so professional! I called in with an emergency after our kitchen caught fire and they were at my home in less than 2 hours. The owner, Carrie and the tech Mike G were such pleasant people from start to finish they were there to answer any questions!

I love this company! When my store was flooded in February due to contractor negligence from building rehab, Rainbow saved me! From A to Z the owner Carrie and her supervising manager Mike, were nothing but professional and caring. They worked with the insurance company, did multiple site visits, created a wonderful team to clean all of my products and furniture in my store, educated me on the effects of the flood, their equipment, how they handle the insurance claim, and what to look for afterwards in case they are needed again! They also checked in with me as the process of cleaning continued to see if I was happy with their teams progress, any concerns I may have pertaining to their cleanup, and reassured all of this in a timely manner so that I could reopen my store again promptly! So appreciated!

I would definitely use their services again wether it was my small business or my home. They have gained my trust and repeated business!

The entire experience with this company was 5 star and beyond. They were very responsive to my needs when I had water damage from an upstairs bath drain and had someone come out to assess the damage right away. The job was handled
Professionally and promptly, with no mess left behind. We also called them when the siding of our house was vandalized with spray paint and they were able to remove the paint without damaging our siding. No fuss. No mess. They just come and do the work, and you’d never know there was anything wrong to begin with. Would definitely use them again and again if needed!

Rainbow Restoration helped my family through a big flood not so long ago. Management was very respectful and empathetic through that difficult event. The crew showed up on time and deployed there equipment efficiently and respectfully to our home. I worked for rainbow a few years ago. I was much younger then and didn’t know much about restoration. Nevertheless, working for them was a great experience and I learned a lot. I was taught well, and treated well by colleagues and bosses. I was paid good and felt appreciated by everyone. The work was not the easiest but it was fulfilling and I became friends with most of my coworkers too. Overall, I think it’s a great place to work with a great culture.

After some serious flooding completely took out my basement, I was shaken to my core on how to handle the damage and problems that came from it.
