I was just there to pick a car up for a friend they told me 22 I give them my card they took $321.85 and they said no we meant 2200 but I still didn’t give me back my money

I actually had a minor issue that I had to make a return trip for post service but it was handled promptly with great timing and attitude. Ty

I'm a very dissatisfied person I took my car in to have a flex pipe replaced they cut it out added something like puddy that's falling out and causing problems then says they can repair the new problem

I spent 532.00 for a wheel bearing and axel boot, still had the nose in the wheel. Came back they told it was controlle arm and tire rod 432.00 and the noise is louder. Went back, the guy at the desk had a attitude about the problem. Need there Corporate office number. Broadway is no Good!

Guys were busy but got me taken care of. Great professional advice on future maintenance and repairs needed. Thanks guys.

I asked them to replace my catalytic converter after it got stolen. The first time I stopped in, the guy said, "Uh, I don't usually work at this branch, can't help you. " This should have tipped me off it would be a bad place but the weather had been crazy bad so I thought maybe somebody had an understandable problem. I went back and when I made a request about how to do the repair, I thought the mechanic was going to stab me. When they brought the car out, it was super loud even though they said it was fixed. I pointed out they had taken out a threaded plug that had been in the parts I supplied. They got really mad at me but then went inside and came back out and gave it to me. I had to complain to the main branch and it took weeks to get the installation done how I requested it. The suburban branch was all right but I'd avoid this branch if I were you.

First off they lied went in to check my brakes and they told me all these lies charging me over 1200 when and then when we said we are going elsewhere they said they topped off the brake fluid but when I got home and checked it was empty and the line was sliced like it was cut a little so it could leak I demand it be fixed or I’m pressing charges that was a brand new lime I just replaces last month

Highly recommend this place, we got what we wanted and more. Great mechanic who works there, he takes great care of you.

They was great good work but why so much from converter up on my 2001 chevy astro if i would of known that i would of told em to put duals on it

They charged almost 400 for a resonator pipe lol could get an whole exhaust for that much muffler and caty

I've had work done on 3 separate occasions now between my 2 vehicles. Every time the service has been pretty good. They call you and communicate what's going on you don't have to call them. Pricing is fair. Matt is always professional and will educate you on any questions you have. I experienced the same with Kelly who was filling in from another store this week as well as the guy who did my throttle body 6 months ago. They will answer your questions and concerns thoroughly and with patience. You usually want to get there in the morning cause they do fill up fast. Watched one of their technicians fill a woman's tires who pulled in about 10-15 min after closing one time and couldn't help but think how many people would say SORRY we're closed. But he saw a woman alone after dark in the middle of winter with a child and filled them for her. Point is-they seem like pretty good guys and I'm sure I'll be back.

Made an appointment for 7/17/21 8am waited for them to open went inside only to be told we can't do it today the lady like she had a problem I'll never got there again never waisted my time

Original tech gave a more reasonable rate than present. Won't receive repeat from me!

Above and beyond is all I can say! The service writer is a sweetheart and the guys that work in back are down to earth! I had a wedding to attend and they ordered parts and let me take my vehicle so I could go home and grab my stuff. This is after 3 hours of running around at other muffler shops and getting quoted three times as much with triple the wait! They even let me get ready in the bathroom! (which is cleaner than most of my friends!) Quality parts quality repair and all together A1! Will recommend to all family and friends! Matt and Adriana are amazing! (Sorry if it's not Adriana, you know who you are!)
