They were great! Ken was very nice when I talked to him on the phone to get the car over there. Amanda was really sweet when she called me to tell me the status of the car. She makes delivering the news of car repair a lot easier to swallow! Lol! All in all, my experience was great, they were professional and fair and I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

They are very nice people, they were willing to fix the problems of my vehicle, but they recommend that I go to Firestone, because it was a bigger job for special machinery that they didn't have. & I did. & they were able to fix the problem,

I had service years ago and at that time it was good service. Fast forward to today. Over the weekend I started to have an exhaust leak on my vehicle. So, having recalled my service in the past I drive to and dropped off the car for them to look at. I received a call stating they had found a leak and I gave them the ok the repair it. The Price was awesome and great work! Thanks

Disclaimer: Long review post. This is in regards to a Chevy Captiva. I have to give 3 stars. This was truly a lesson learned for me. Although the staff was polite and the pricing was a little better than going to the dealership, I feel like I wasted time and money, and was possibly taken advantage of since I have no car knowledge. I hope that's not the case, but here's my story.
I had an issue where my key would usually get stuck in the "on" position in the ignition and it would not twist back and come out. Sometimes it did, but often it did not. The car never had power issues EVER, but if the key is left in the ignition with the battery running of coarse the battery would go dead. I told this to the guy when I dropped my car off and offered to detach the battery as I had grown used to doing when parking my car. His reply was that they will just jump it. When they called me a couple of days later with a diagnosis I was told the alternator was bad. I thought this sounded odd and told them again that the car never had power issues, but he kept repeating that they had to jump the car and when they entered the symptoms in the system and that's what came back. He also tried to explain how oddly enough the power caused a miscommunication which led to my issues. I don't know anything about cars and who am I to question a professional? So against my better judgment, I told them to go forward with the repairs. After driving it like that all year I just wanted it fixed by any means. I picked up my car the next day. The key was in the ignition waiting for me, this was not odd at the time, but thinking back now it is. I did not test the key before I left, which was an error on my end and as soon as I got home and cut the car off the key was stuck again. I immediately took my car back. Another couple of days went by and I got a call saying that they would need to now replace the gear shift assembly. My husband got involved at this point and told them that could not be the issue and said we were coming to pick the car up later in the day. A couple of hours went by and I got another call saying, "you’re all set, he made the connection". When I picked my car up the mechanic I left my car with the 2nd time says he made a connection in the steering wheel column and promised I will never have the issue getting my key out again. (BTW the key was not left in the car this time when I picked it up). The steering wheel column was the first thing they took apart to even get the key out and charged me for it. Why was this not the first fix they tried? The guy did replace my windshield wipers for free, but that was something he offered before fixing the alternator initially. He even called around looking for a wiper for the rear window, and although no place near had one I did appreciate this. This is the only reason I gave 3 stars and not 2. I don't know if they took advantage of me because I have no car knowledge or if they just did not know what they were doing. Needless to say, I will not be going back even for the smallest of jobs. My trust is gone. This happened 2 and a half months ago and I have not driven the car much due to the pandemic, but indeed that last quick fix they completed worked. A word of advice to the shop, lead with the simple less invasive fixes, just as any IT or medical professional would do.

Wait was BEYOND too long! Not to mention I got off from doing a 16 hr shift & scheduled an appointment the day before (which they never took my name or info for until I got there) and to wait 4+ hours just to get service? Not me! I took my car in to get my heat fixed & light bulbs changed, that took 3 hrs & 30 min, not to mention they apparently like to find additional problems to hike up the cost. So I just said I want the bulbs Changed, that took of course another 2 hours to do, so I finally just said I can't do this & left. They got 2 stars only bc the Code check was free, but I can get that done for free anyway. Will not be back to this location or any of them.

This shop gets the job done quickly, efficiently, and under budget every time. I've been here 3 times now, and each time they were friendly, professional, and willing to work with me. They won't try to charge you $600.00 for a new muffler when all you need is 6" of pipe. I will recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to this location for over 15yrs. They do excellent work and are very reasonably priced, they even work with me if I need multiple repairs. My wife, mother and father in law all bring our cars here. Highly recommened.

I spent over $1,900 in total to get things fixed on my truck at this location. I had to bring my vehicle back three times to address the same issue I paid for. My vehicle was kept for days and now I'm experiencing the Same DAMN issues I paid for. One thing I hate is when someone charge you and lie about the work being completed. I am Highly UNSATISFIED with them and will never go back or refer them to anyone.
The one star is from the brake work.

My previous review of this Rainbow was not good. The very next day I received a phone call from the manager Corey who apologized for my bad experience and made me feel more then comfortable with leaving my car in his care. With service like this I will definitely be bringing my car back.

I found this place accidentally, I literally broke down in front of their shop and limped the car in. I was terrified of being ripped off! I wasn't (not even a little) so take your car here right now! I've been back for my other car. These guys rock! No kidding, honest fair, talented! Don't judge this book by its cover or its neighborhood! I'll go nowhere else ever for vehicle repairs!

I took my car into the shop because it was making a loud exhaust noise. I went to another shop first and they told me I needed the entire front exhaust pipe. The professionals at Rainbow Muffler took me out to the shop to show me the problem with the exhaust and they were able to repair the system by making a "Flex Section" repair for about 1/3 the cost of the other place. Awesome people working there! Fair, Honest and really looking out for the little guy.

To find a shop that is honest about what really needs fixed on your car is almost impossible to find. These guys tell you how it is, what's best for you to keep your family safe on the road. Most mechanics will try to get you to atleast spend some of your money so you didn't waste their time, even if it means you will be putting your love ones in danger on the road. These guys keep you safe and are reasonably priced!

Well, I wanted to have them check my car out for rattling sounds and possibly have work done but the conversation with the person over the phone was brutally condescending when it came to parts. I didn't feel comfortable having work done if you can't respect my questions.

If i could leave no stars i would! Jose said i needed all this brake work all the way around to my car, final cost $850-$900! So i had to go get a title loan on my car. My bf suggested that we go get another opinion and take my car to Spicer in Solon. So we did and come to find out i only needed front brakes pads and shoes with a tire rotation, final cost $308! Another words people do not take your vehicles here they are a rip off, shop around!

Compared to other shops, Rainbow gave me a much more cost effective brake line job and had it done in a timely manner.
