Rainbow Shops, Whitehall OH

I can always find what I am looking for, and the young ladies I see is always willing to help, the store is always up kept the clothes are where they belong and it convenient for me to get too.

Okay, I lost my receipt. I bought 2 of everything because u don't have a dressing room. Went back to same store hoping to exchange.wouldn't be upset if I couldn't. Until, I stand in line
and had an employee ask if I was returning and if I wanted to look around. YES OF COURSE. After I shop another employee says "without a receipt we can't do nothing. " Screws her face up And dismissed me. Umm I didn't steal and won't be back.

The district manager waited on me she was laughing with the other employees and then got on the phone while ringing up my purchases. She didn't say Thank you just handed me the bag, she was very rude and very unprofessional. I love Rainbow stores, but probably won't visit this one again.

Very reasonable price in clothing clothing area small you rub up against the clothes and the racks customer service could be a little more inviting and greeting let's talk

Great clothes but even thrift stores let you try on clothes. Won't be back because of the hassle.

So much inventory the store is cluttered making it hard to maneuver but the staff and clothes selection was superb. Will visit again

Five stars for junior variety here and the lady who helped me. I wish I could remember her name. Older lady with two tone hair. Ginger?
The juniors selection is def better than that of the cleveland ave store but management is lacking. Not sure if the girl who rang me up was the manager but I stood there for bit waiting for her to slowly ring up her friend whom she was telling a long story to. Something about a nail place she had been to recently.
I, besides her friend was the only one in line. She actually walked away a minute after I was in line to go into the back room, come out a few minutes later, ring her friend (slowly) and contiue their convo. She also took a personal call while ringing me up.
The selection at this store is good and I spent an hour looking throuhg everything. Bought a few outfits.
Even though the selection is good, it's the closest one to me, and the one lady was a big help. I'll venture to one of the other stores next time. I wasn't in a hurry but personal stuff should be done on personal time, and not at the expense of your custumers time.
I was happy to find Rainbow Shops, trendy cheap clothes. Visited both Cleveland ave and this one today. It's to bad the girl running this store (well while I was there), wasn't as good as the cleveland ave store. Guess I'll check out the other two and hopefull find a happy medium.

Idk what happened to rainbow.but, all of the one's I went to play love making music and have some type of attitude.this one is no different.
