Rude store manager. I don’t why they moved stores they need to be shut down ASAP. I would rather drive to Detroit before coming to this store. She acts if your doing her a dis service by shopping there. If you hate your job so much than quit ‍️. Btw the way you act is not cute and your definitely too old to be acting and dressing like that.

It's an okay store if you're looking for something cheap that you can wear a few times.

I love rainbows, but I went In recently and the girl behind the desk was so rude and couldn’t even look up from what she was doing to talk to me. I gladly left with a smile and put what I was going to buy back and left. Customer service has definitely gone down so sad.

Why does this store and it’s associates close before the times posted!? Bad business! Even got the security guard alerting customers that they’re already closed!

I went to this store, (Door st. Toledo Ohio location) and they had the door lock 35 minutes before closing time. I knocked on the window, wanting to speak to a a worker, but the security guy just looked at me, shrugged his shoulders and turned away, ignoring me! Though that isn’t the only unprofessional situation I’ve encountered with them, but today I’m fed up. Don’t ever waist your money at this clothing store, they’re soo ghetto and mean! Go to this store call Prime, it’s on Byrne Rd. Or risk the mall.

The store is too packed to move around and some of the workers there have terrible attitudes.

Go to the Alexis location, theyre all very nice. THIS location, the sales staff here seems like they dont even want your business, and you're a nuisance. I stood at the counter for 3-4 minutes and no one was there. Made a return from the Alexis location and I got the "3rd degree" about what my name was. Even though we were buying more clothes. Very rude and unprofessional. We will never visit this location again.

Store opens at ten but here I am at 10: 10 standing at the door. Just because your in a bad area doesn’t mean open whenever you want. Never coming here again.

I love this place I shop here for my wife and kids all the time the lady’s are Absolutely beautiful and the manager’s are always a good help thank you ladies for always being nice understanding and very helpful I give you all a five star keep doing your best see y’all later

Great place, super cute clothes and jewelry. The only thing I can say is that they don't have carts or baskets so its hard if to carry all your items if you really want to shop. Their dressing rooms dont have anywhere to sit down either. Other than that you if you look good enough you'll find something worth wearing whether its bras, panties, jackets, pants, sweaters jewelry, shoes, baby clothes etc. They have alot of options, just make sure you try things on because some of their clothes can run a little too small.

I love their displays and the two managers always look nice and are very helpful when needing to find an outfit for any occasion Keep up the good work ladies

The store says it closes at 8: 00 and the doors are locked at 7: 30. VERY unprofessional and there’s a useless security guard at the door.
