6Went to Canton Rainbows on 12/20/23. I had my receipt with original tags. I was told by Customer Service I was not allowed to return & exchange. They told me I had to go back to Barberton. To the original store I purchased it at. I never have had such bad Service. I will not go back and shop at that location.
I went there on Sept 29 th 2023 and loved it! Got 2 nice pairs of gloves for $4.99! So soft an warm
Bought set of jewelry, got 2 nd st for 50% off. All the girls were wonderful, kind and very helpful. I'm going back in Nov 2023! Counting the days! Very organized, clean an many products. Great prices. I highly recommend this Rainbow Shop!
My husband and I have been going to this rainbow for about a year and we walked in and none of the workers said anything to us they normally do but today on my birthday they didn't say not one word but when the other people walked in the door they spoke to them we live out of town they were very rude and we told them about themselves Canton is close to us for now on we are going to the one in Pittsburgh even the assistance manager didn't say anything
The staff is rude and the website hours are wrong… this was very irritating because my child needed to exchange a item before a 8am flight the next day and the location doesn’t open until 10am… macys or kohls would never! That’s what I get for trying to be cheap… smh
The manager os a horrible person. I saw her belittling her workers in front of customers. Was yelling at the poor girl no less. Didn't even acted like a manager, is that person even qualified. Then while still yelling a girl cones along and says" Mom what should I price these clothes at. " Now mind that this girl IS 16,17 best. And her "mother just let's her work here. I asked if she does she said no but my mom pays me to help. WHAT! What type of establishment is this that a manager harasses her employees and let's a daughter work under the table PUBLICLY! Never shopping here again!
I’ve tried to call and get no answer, and you can’t email or contact any other way. I needed to return some clothing but due to you guys being closed until further notice it’ll be past my 7 days. Will I still be able to return my clothes when you open back up? Other than this question, I absolutely love shopping at rainbow.
