The drive thru was wrapped around the building so I walked in and got quicker service than had I waited in line at the drive thru
We went there for lunch i used to love to go there drive thru only open now sadly the food was horrible drink tasted bad wasnt cold not much ice and people wasnt friendly and no straws in bag i dont plan on going there again
We actually timed it today. Drive thru took 26 minutes for 1 box combo. I would have just went in to order, but you couldn't even get to the parking lot. Whatever, they're friendly and the food is better than any other fast food in Lancaster.
I love Canes…but…no sign on the door saying that there is no dine in. And there were what just have been employees setting in there eating so we didn’t know they weren’t allowing Dine in till we tried to order them got told kind of abruptly that we couldn’t dine in. Ok. We will go to Bob Evans. And that’s what we did.
First time eating here. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! The Cane's sauce, I didn't like it BUT LOVED THE CHICKEN, FRIES. SLAW AND TOAST!
Can be really busy at times but the food is always on point. My family and I eat here close to once a week and we have never had a messed up order or a bad experience.
Simple menu that they have perfected. Chicken tenders, slaw, fries, toast. 100% delicious. Sauce is da bomb. Clean and Quick. Great for tailgate quantities!
It was quicker to walk in to get my order for takeout! Because everyone was in the drive thru Abt 25 vehicles, so it was faster! They were all Very Polite Too!
Although the line in the drive thru was long which is to be expected at a great food joint, it did move fast and the food was what was expected.awesome
Food was great as always. They were busy as they always are, and I made a point to order ahead online for curbside carryout. I thought using it would be faster than ordering at the restaurant and waiting and less contact with other people for covid safety. I got to the restaurant and parked in the proper spot, I waited around 15 minutes before going inside to see if my food was ready. It was and had been for more than 5 minutes. The young woman that helped me inside said that she forgets the curbside all the time. I find that very rude, but I also see that having parking where it is makes keeping track. The curbside parking should be right outside the front door.
We came 10 minutes before closing and a long line in front of us and the manager was kind enough to pay for our food for a long wait. We felt bad but appreciated the consideration and generosity! And food was made right
Line was completely packed. Thought we were gonna be there for a long time. They got everyone out within about 8 minutes. We also had a huge complicated order, that had no mistakes, and everything was hot. I'm just like dude. How?
My daughters favorite place, although none of these restaurants in our area. Food and service were both great. She is doing great at learning to make her version of the sauce lol.
Workers on all raising canes locations are showing passion to their job. Uniform are always neat.
For the company.chicken are losing weight guys. I used to run out of my favorite sauce.
It says open until 12AM here. The app let me order. However, upon arrival Canes was closed at 8. While I was lucky to still be given my app order, it was very obvious it was the last batch of everything. I was missing items. It didn’t taste correct and was obviously old. The tea tasted over brewed and was unsweetened. I am very unhappy with my service. Please adjust your online app to meet your actual store hours.
Wasn't a big fan of raising Canes. Mainly in Columbus. Had a graduation party, and took a chance with this location in Lancaster because it was close to the graduation party we were having. Best canes tenders I have had in years. Staff was awesome, mangers was extremely helpful, they were a no point. This explains why they are always busy. Its like a line at Starbucks. Wrapped around the build and standing room inside. But ran very efficiently, and pretty quick with the volume of customers they have at one time. Thanks guys made the grad party a successful event.
Ordered 2 caniac combos suppose to come with 6 chicken fingers. Each combo only had 4 chicken fingers. With a simple menu and not being busy I would expect my order to be correct.
The chicken fingers were extremely small. Though the food was hot and fresh, we waited for approximately 15 minutes to receive our food. And the wait time combined with the tiny size of all the chicken fingers, I was sorely disappointed and will not return to this location.
