18Moved up here from Louisiana and I was thrilled when I found out there was a Cane's here! The staff has always been awesome. Food is always on point with being fresh, hot and delicious!
Walked in ordered food to go.
Noticed people that ordered after me got their food before me.
Had to say something to worker to reorder the food.
When I got my food I said something to the manager and he said " oh well, we are busy".
They erased my order if I hadn't said anything I would have not got it.
Very poor customer service.
Don't go if they are busy.
Always good, fresh, and hot! And even fast. They had a long line outside, I went inside with no line and got food right away
Consistently one of the best places to get fast food. It's not always perfect, but they get closer than most.
Tearrill holmes needs fired. He steals product every time he works. He smokes weed in the parking lot on his break and after work. Hes admitted to me that he spits in difficult customers food. I would not eat here while he is employed there.
Over-priced BLAND/PLAIN chicken that they trick you with by having a decent sauce to dip the soggy bland chicken in. No more Cane's for me
I was actually surprised when I walked inside. The parking lot was full but the dining room was basically empty. There appeared to be more employees than customers. Either way food came out quick and tasted great.
Food is always great! The staff here are amazing! I came in with all 4 of my kids, and they made sure I had extra plates to feed my army

This is the most difficult location in the Columbus area
(technically Grove City) to get into and out of. Not well thought out at all.
We were passing through town and needed a spot for a quick bite. As usual, Raising Cane's chicken fingers were awesome!
We came to try Raising Canes for the first time as out of state guests that never tried it before. Wow! What a chicken place. Food was fresh, easy to order menu, great speed of service and very hospitable. The restaurant was also very clean! Bravo!

First time trying Canes. Not impressed. Bland and tasteless. Sauce terrible. French fries cheap crinkle fries. Toast is good.
I got Canes at the Stringtown location tonight and took a bite of the chicken and bit into a piece of plastic
3 strips meal was just enough.drive thru went quickly.this canes on Springtown road in Grove city.
I had my typical 3 finger combo. The chicken and fries were good. The bread is always great. It would be nice if you got a little larger cane sauce with it. It is getting expensive for chicken tenders basically.
Had my tailgate order ready on time with all sauces, always great service and food at Raising Cane’s
Terrible service. Asked for chicken extra crispy was told to pull to a parking spot and put my hazard lights on only for a kid to run out 30 min later saying “I’m sorry they never told me about this” food was wet and gross
