Impressive speed for only two workers. They were nice and accurate!

I wish there were a little more Dairy-Free options and that I was able to know if the newest slushies had dairy, but felt they mad a good choice in declining because of how many in line and being understaffed.

Rallys is alright but I tried the fruit slushies and they were terrible no fruit flavor only a faint artificial taste

Picked up a doordash order. Food was not ready on arrival. While waiting for assistance after 10 minutes, realized out of the five people that were on shift that everyone looked at me, but no one took initiative to provide service. I attempted to go through the drive thru to only be told to return to walk up window. This was just unacceptable seeing as how the restaurant was not busy. One car in drive thru prior to myself.

Extremely slow. Only two cars were in front of us and 15 min later still in line. Got to the window the lady at windows was okay. Food hot and fresh. Ice cream cone was huge. They should take the hand written sign off. I posted picture below.

I like coming here. The hot dogs are great with cheese sauce. They have cheesecake sundaes. The fountain drinks are great.

This was the worst Rally's I have ever been to. We spent over $60 there and the orders were incorrect, the staff had an attitude that we had the audacity to place a large order and the hamburgers were disgusting. The buns were literally wet on the inside and the burgers were only partially cooked! The fries were hard as rocks and the whole experience was disappointing to my clients. I would definitely recommend going to the Rally's on East Broad instead you get better service and the food is a lot better! The only reason I gave the one-star is because I couldn't give them none

The food is never consistently hot. Either hot or not. Always ask for a receipt to do the survey.

There drive thru speaker didnt work had to order at window the service was amazing they got all my food right it was hot and literally the best big buford ive ever had

The food is good and not expensive. They removed the second drive through, which is actually ok since few people used it.

They never took the time to make your sandwich properly they always slap it together and throw it in the sack I don't live here very often because of it sad thing is is I love rallys

Worst Rallys I've ever been to. Didnt even get to try the food! Waited almost 10minutes before we even got to the speaker, and when we pulled up they asked what we wanted "a number one medium size with a slushie. " and they said "I'm sorry I need a minute" and we waited another 5min! So we just decided to go somewhere else. Cant even take an order, why would I want your food?

Slow & always a long line or pull to side to wait for food. I was pull to side for fresh chicken wings that was no where near fresh! Crazy thing is, there was no one else in line this time. So why pull me forward to wait for old chicken with nobody behind me? Ummm!

I've worked here before, not a bad restaurant. Honestly they have quality service standards. However, I do see short cuts in questionable areas. For the most part they love and care for their employees as well as the customers

Great place for some greasy food. Used to have two drive through windows so the wait can be long.especially if they are short on staff.

The lady that works nice isn’t really a nice person, she makes you feel like you are inconveniencing her. The burgers speak for themselves though. No matter the location they are always delicious. I don’t care for this location nights, but I love Rally’s.

This store on east main st.sucks, not the store or food but the staff. Inconsiderate and can't seem to put my order together right ever

Currently sitting in the drive thru it was 2 cars ahead of me 30 minutes ago and were trapped in it the first car just moved and I watched the lady hand my order over and then back. Seriously hire more people

My favorite Rally's! I will go out of my way to come to this one. Foods always hot and fresh and employees are nice!

Always busy. Very long wait drive-thru or window. And some time you wait in line for them to tell you that they can only take credit because they don't have any change. Bad business practice.

They did great just seemed upset with working at that establishment other then that they did great and got the order right
