Rally's, Springfield OH

I went to the Rallys on S. Limestone and the manager made me leave the lane because he was listening to my conversation in the car and he said I was being rude and refused to serve me. All that was said was that they were slow and that I couldn't understand why they would not wait on me. They were waiting on everyone in the other lane but would not take my order. This location is terrible.

Love Rally's. For me its the best fast food in town. Love the hamburgers and love their mayonnaise.

The French fries were cold and awful, was not cooked throughly like we're use to getting from Rally

Walked up. Several people were standing at the window being rude and loud. The credit card machine wasn't working. Luckily I had some cash on me or it wouldn't have went well for myself or my bf. We got 4 Chicken and fries. Wasn't much Chicken or fries in the boxes. I was very disappointed.

Just un cooked food! Yuck and from what Im hearing its not getting any better. Yet my money spends eleswhere. Have not return in 8 months. Shall keep it like that.

This one was definitely friendly, orders were accurate even the shake machine was running, compared to the one in Dayton Ohio

Food is OK nothing special. A&W or Culvers are both better with more options. Just a small burger joint.

My co-worker had got a burger they only put a little bit of lettuce on it she had to ask for more lettuce.will never go back there

Woman at window got snooty when i could not get the drinks from her because of the way she was handing them to me. You cannot put 3 medium drinks in a carrier and hand the person the empty side. Then when I started taking drinks out of it she snapped about me jerking it from her hands. Will not go back there. The fish sandwiches were terrible. Tasted like cooked in old oil

Asked for a western bbq sandwich that had mayo instead of bbq sauce. The sandwich was small considering the price was over $5, just for the sandwich. You can get a bigger and better western bbq at Steak n Shake for a cheaper price.

Went to get a garlic Texas TOAST sandwich an they gave me the sandwich un toasted an cold.an they just opened! I got it replaced an they did the same thing, bread untoasted.i will not go back to this location rallys.they mess up a lot.

The person who helped us was not very nice. Every once in a while bacon cheddar chrisp go away and they need to quit. Funny thing was I ordered the same Thing the night before
