So glad they were open on Thanksgiving because we weren't doing anything to celebrate it. It really helped out. Thank you employees who showed up

Went through the drive thru they hand my food to the women in front of me she gave it back to the drive thru then left after she hand it to me told her I wanted new and fresh and she said take it or leave it and nothing was right and cold called in to tell them and they hung up on me!

As anyone knows this is a medium size tea and as you see i was over charged for 2 large tea called 40 times no answer asked the cashier she said the price was the same in fact they are not food was cold i wish i could get a full refund and very unsatisfied with what i received tonight

I love the Big Buford and I love their fries and I get coupons from them every week so buy 1 get 1 free Big Buford for $5.19 for 2 Bufords is a lot of good food for $5.

Fries were delicious and fresh but 2 specialty burgers dry and our order was not filled correctly. We ordered 10 chicken wings combo but only got 6 wings and they were like little chicken tenders rather than bone in wings.

I’ve literally been in this line for an hour! I will not be back! This is the most horrible service! The third shift employees are ridiculous!

This place is horrible placed $50+ order no one will answer the phone for over a hour with part of my order missing and other half wrong of possible I would give them absolutely zero stars

The two gentlemen working were very curious and made everything exactly as ordered and even let me add an additional item at the window which was fantastic. I really appreciate the two guys working and the work ethic they carried. The food was hot and tasted delicious

Fantastic food at low prices who could ask for anything more well we could they're called Rally's fries love the place

The crew they have in there tonite the 20th is terrible! I ordered the Garlic and Butter Buford combo and you’d think it would be moist and full of flavor. Well this combo was garbage. I the burgers were dry and cold and the rest of the meals were bad but mine was the worst and it was intentional. This crew was audacious and rude over the speaker the first time she spoke but she got worse!
And they have attitudes that are worse
They eavesdrop on conversation I was having with a friend and hear a word that they assumed described the girl at the window. She obviously had guilt because of her assumption that I was talking about her. It wasn’t a conversation about the red head at the window but her eavesdropping busted her. She gave me $35 worth of junk greasy cold fries and burgers that came from their trash can. We didn’t eat any of it but I will make interesting proof for the company the BBB and the health department

I want my $35 bucks back

We work hard at jobs we have and the money was hard earned.

I’m sorry the people working in there tonight hate their jobs
But I hate having someone try and poison me!
And spending $35 for 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich is definitely a OVER CHARGE and worse.

Drive on by the dive and go see the peeps at Dairy Queen around the corner on Fair Ave

The food is good most of the staff is friendly but the wait times are awful especially at night!

Went through drive thru, had to go back through because we didn’t get our fries. We ordered 4 simple combo meals and a 20 pc wings. Two of them where Baconzilla’s, they each barely had one strip (and by that I mean half a full strip that you would buy in the store) of bacon (description says there should be 4), we got root beer and it tasted like bad seltzer water. Didn’t taste like root beer at all. We dumped the drinks couldn’t drink them. The burgers were terribly dry. The wings were ok, but also barely had any sweet & smoky bbq sauce. Unfortunately this is the third time we have went recently and the order was wrong or not what we asked for (like the last time we went), so we will not be going back. Service was awesome years ago, but now not so much. I hope things get better, they used to be a family favorite.

We waited for 45 minutes there was 2 cars in front of us and they where still waiting to get their order taken, so we left

If I could give zero stars for this experience I would. Waited for 50 minutes to pick up a Doordash order (Not big or complicated by any means) While cars seamlessly flowed through the other line (in person orders) Hell there were cars that arrived THIRTY MINUTES AFTER ME ordered their food, received their food and LEFT all before I got my doordash order.
