Rally's, Brook Park OH

Love their food, but just got home & realized my order was screwed up. Been calling & they don't answer the dang phone. Bad enough when you place your order you have to talk to a slow computer.

This is worse rally I've been to they put tiny pieces of tomatoes on sandwich hardly any lettuce meat must been cook early cold disgusting burgers nit first time but will be last who ever managed this place is ruined rally reputation of good burger what they show on ad's are nothing compared to what the actually give u at window last time

Lights were on but no one came to the intercom or the window, saw some employees messing around in the parking lot. Good luck trying to get food from that store.

I cannot stand the new automated order taker at the drive thru! Makes order more painful than usual at this particular location.

Food is consistently good.
And the employees always have good attitudes and smiles for being at such a busy location, like this one.

Been in line for 30 minutes. There were only two cars ahead of me. Absolutely mind blowing
I'm a doordasher, and I lost my tips because of this store. I called doordash and asked them to never assign me to this place again. Yall cost delivery drivers money.

They have computer automated machine that takes your orders. It is horrible the machine never got the orders right.it took over 6 minutes to order. They need to have humans take orders not stupid auto machines.

This was the first fast food drive through that used a AI system to take my order. The system worked amazing. Very impressive and with the price structure of the food with the company I could see thr benefits of having this to reduce staffing. Great job!

This is the second time that I have came here around 11pm and each time I waited in line for about 30+ minutes. With only one person ahead of me in line mind you. Literally zero sense of urgency and they don't care. To them it's just a job and they let you know it.

I will NEVER GO BACK I asked the girl at the window if my Burger had no cheese and my chilli fries had no cheese caz my receipt really said nothing about it not on there she even asked me if I wanted cheese on the fries and I told her no but I want to add onion guess what EVERY THING HAD CHEESE. WHEN I GOT HOME I CALLED AND THEY WERE VERY RUDE ABOUT THE MESS UP. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've never had such a dry hamburger. I thought it was just mine no it was everyone's with me. I Don't care to eat here again. 3 dried up burgers excessive wait with Noone in drive thru line

Not good I was only one in drive thru 15 minute wait for one combo fries were limp burger was not good all soggy toppings never going back.

I have not been here in a while but the woman who greeted us tonight was super friendly and very welcoming the food was hot and fresh and the wait time was shockingly quick this kinda of service is rear now a days especially on night shift but job well done and kudos to the woman who handled it all

Horrible experience with them, they do not take order well They take more than 15 minutes to give me the order, additionally they spill the food in the bags outside the packaging and they love to make fully loaded fries with blonde long hairs

Left us sitting for 15 minutes as they served 5 other cars.

When we finally walked in to ask for our food, a sarcastic comment was made that made me very uncomfortable.

Love Rally, good burgers and great fries. Today tried the Fry Coated Chicken Strips. And honestly could not taste the fry coating, tasted it on the fries, but chicken tasted like regular chicken strip. And cost was sticker shock, so I know I ordered them and was charged for them. Will go back for the burgers and not for the chicken.
