American Restaurant Rally's reviews
15Always helpful and friendly. I don't care for the beef patty on the double cheeseburger but the Big Buford meat tastes better? How is this? Just curious. The cheesecake sundae and milkshakes are super tasty and the perfect sweet snack!
One of the better Rally's restaurants. Staff is always attentive, orders are filled fast.
Not In the best location. Forgot my sandwich had to go back. But the food was good. There order speaker was broken also
So the reason I gave 5 start those guys and I mean the only two in the place was getting cars out fast and the food was great hot and they had a great attitude to just be them they need a raise but good food great people still hope they work their cause I will go back
Food was good, nice sized piece of chicken. The fries weren't as fresh as normal, they had started to cool. If you're a Coca-Cola fan, you'll like their coke, great mix of syrup and carbonation. They were very busy so it took longer to get in and out, cashier apologized for the delay.
I went to rallys today. As I'm waiting I was wondering why it was so long. Come to find out there is one worker taking care of everything by his self. I wanna give a big shout out to Steven for his kindness his hard work. And keeping his cool and kept a smile on his face even with the difficult task.of running a whole store by his self.
Service was great.
Worker's are extremely nice.
But my fries was soggy.so soggy that the fry box was greasy
. Very soggy and nasty.
Sad.because it truly has wonderful workers the kind of place you would return to.because of how nice the workers are.but French fries are disgusting.
Pay more and please get more staff and inventory. Current staff is friendly and try their best.
Hate when the shake machine down and hate the automated ordering system. Food is great, but needs to either get a better headset so they can do orders accurately.
I used to hate ordering from this store. However Josh made a big impact to the store and I love how it transformed to a nice & neat store. Especially when it comes to handling the food!
Customer service was horrible. We had to feed 6 people so obviously our order was going to be a bit large. Mid order the employer goes “god damn” we drive up to the window and ask what that’s about. He goes it’s a lot of food in a snarky attitude. Goes on and pretty much fat shames us. Completely rude and uncalled for.
The service was great for it to be 1am however the food not so much. I got a fish meal and an order of funnel cake fries. My fries were half full which was easily handled with no problems and
They were Great, but my funnel cake fries were undercooked so they were mushy n yuk and my sandwich was not edible! The fish was not hot in any way and then adding the cold sour tasting lettuce and cold tarter sauce was a catastrophe️ I was heading to work so wasn’t able to return for it to be fixed. Better luck next time I guess
Ordered a Big Buford an tried those seasoned Tenders they hav now. They made em fresh which in turn made em to me - they were tender as all get out an was waaaay better than expected. If u try em make sure to order em fresh they are worth the lil wait.
We like Rally's. We don't go too often anymore because it takes way too long to get the food. I could make it, enjoy it and have the dishes put away at home by the time we get our food.
1st time I came to this location around 5: 00pm they were short staff so they reject my order they were only serving door dash at that moment.
Second time I decided to stop around 10: 30 no cash only debit card no big deal, but they were short staff again so I needed to wait 10 mins for my order and I was the only person in line. 3rd time tonight they turned me away because they are short staff again, so only door dash or online orders. When once again I’m the only person on the drive-thru how long does it take to take one order? Thank God they just open a new arbys around the area. I hope the owner is aware of how the employees keep turning customer away.
