Everything is always fresh here! The food is always delicious when I stop by! Thx for taking pride in your work! Would give 10 if possible!

Ok.first I want to thank all for making this my last visit, I ordered 2 big buford's the guy working the drive thru ga e me old burn meat last night, I remember when rally's was called SNAP food was SUPER GOOD back then What happen it thank you Rally's employees for making this my last visit

Staff has claimed they only have two employees working so they don't want business. This is twice now over the last few months they cussed out customers and told us to leave because they are overworked. I'm surprised this location is still open. Do not go here, the employees hate the customers and they do not want you coming here.

I would say they are way better here in Whitehall then the one in Reynoldsburg everything was fresh and so good and the burger I got was made the right way will come back here again so friendly and nice and that’s what you want

So I just tried to go get something to eat after work at 220am and the posted hours say close at 3am. I was told they was closed now getting 2 stars for this.

Was there after 1am. The guy was sweet as hell, but we both forgot my soda. I took my loaded fries and put them on some lettuce and added croutons. The chicken bites are not good to me. I ate the fries tho.

8/25/22 around 11: 15 I waited for like 5 or 10 minutes for somebody to ask what do I want and there were no cars in front of me. So as I'm waiting I have the window rolled down and I can hear employees talking outside in the back as if nobody is waiting at the drive thru. I ordered a fish sandwich and a Rally Burger the two for $4 got home and it was a fish sandwich and a chicken sandwich.

Everytime I go to this location something is always wrong with my order and they are rude! This time I can’t even eat my chicken because it’s rock hard and hollow! Avoid this location at all cost. They don’t make it fresh and apparently just cook it over and over to keep it “ hot “.

The cash register guy that took my order was very rude messed up my food I had to give it back to him to get it made right he looked at me started laughing so I was just saying he was very unprofessional when to argue me over my order when he was trying to take it will try to tell him he couldn't do this and do that to my hot dogs so I think he needs to be trained a little more and I can't do there about 6: 00 p.m. Saturday July 2nd

The fries are always great. They were out of burgers though I'm not sure how that happens but they are always out of something. It's usually ice cream. If you are ok with just frys theirs are great!

I placed an order through the online platform for their family meal deal 4 burgers 4 drinks and 4 fries I got to the restaurant and waited behind 1 person in line for over 10 minutes and then when I got to the window it was another 5 before I received my food. I asked about the fries and was told they were not part of the order. I pulled around so I could check the app to make sure I had not read it wrong, and I had not. I pulled back around to advise that I was supposed to have fries with my order. The assistant manager said she wasn't going to give me the fries and did not care what the app said because that's not what it said on her ticket. I requested a refund and gave them their food back, she said as an assistant manager she could not issue a refund and I would have to come in tomorrow morning to request a refund. She also refused to provide me with the store number and said I could look it up.

Their was a lot of customers complaining about food being left out.

Makes you NOT want to eat at Rally's.

I will not go back for no reason. Waited a long time for cold, extra salted burgers that looked threw together. And they put so many pickles on the burger that was so overly salted I did not finish it.

True fast food. Great service. Night manager always serves fresh and picture perfect food. Excellent walk-up and drive-thru service.

I bought today a hamburger and chicken tenders, order of five, and one chicken tender was not even cooked, was completely pink.

First time visiting the “new” location. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I guess no one watched the weather report. It’s a nice sunny warm day/weekend. 4 out of the five cars in front of me wanted ice cream and or a slushy. I know this because I tried to order one myself.you dont have any. Nothing. So everyone drove off. My first impression of a newly built location is tainted. I won’t be back. The two stars is for the outside appearance

I was glad the drive thru was open late but they were out of quite a few menu items. Window staff was not the best but all of my food was fresh and made correctly. Prices were fair and affordable. Not a terrible experience.

The workers really try to make sure we got what we wanted even tho alot of items were not in stock to get served. How the hell can rally's be out of fries!

Garbage.never have anything on the menu or don't wanna make it.just do yourself a favor and drive 5 minutes down the street to reynoldsburg
