Rally's, Columbus OH

The attitude of the personal was outstanding the day had lunch. The Banana shake was thick not watery, the food was hot and not from being nuked or sitting under a heat lamp. This is the Rally's on W Mound, (the Bottoms) definitely! NOT the one at 700 Georgesville rd.

I got the chicken wings and fries it was so fresh and good went straight to sleep when I got home but it was great service as well

Yes, Always Piping Hot, & Delicious Food, cause I always go between the hrs of 3pm-4: 30pm always Perfect at that time!

Not having Rally's for 13 years just reminded me of how special and how wonderful was.

The outside is extremely run down but my food is always perfect and everyone always has great customer service.

Went there honestly expecting cold food and I was WRONG the service was amazing my food was made to order which means HOT& FRESH staff was beyond kind while we waited (had a pretty big order) definitely will go there more often!

On June 20th I ordered some food inside the restaurant and the guy manager was rude and the older female manager was rude they threw away my receipt my chicken was burnt and it seems like they redipped them and they had a issue with me having 3 orders but I work for a facility and I had to pay separately. I was not happy with my service nor the food and the dinning area was dirty as always. Customer service was really bad

Needs help 24/7. I really wish we could get this place functional. Most of the time staff is super nice (when they are here).

The computer taking my order messed it up. They took over 24min to get my food and the still missed up the other half as well. They just said sorry over amd over how a out fix my food rather then saying sorry over amd over.

I saw more rats while waiting in the drive thru than I did employees or customers. The robot order taker is dumb and pulled up to the window to see no one. I did see rats scatter as I drive in. This location will be the source of "patient zero"

Unsanitary, employees have unmanaged facial hair and no uniform’s on. Dirty finger nails serving food

They have stepped it up higher people that actually want to work and do their job right had a great experience food was hot and very good will definitely make a return glad to see they clean it up and got people in there that actually care.

I love Rally's! The food is flippin awesome, and the people are nice there also. Very friendly.

Quick, easy ordering. Automatic voice is no so great, other than that food was super fast, and everything but a few mushrooms was hot other than that, 10/10 better than Parsons Ave location

Messed my complete order up and when I tried calling multiple times had to.leave a message with no response very poor service

The food is always great, but the people can be lazy, just like McDonald's, the ice cream machine is broke

Most of the employees were outside having a smoke break. They didn't give us any napkins or ketchup. It's the first time of me going there that I had bad service.
