Rally's, Columbus OH

I always come to this location but this particular Saturday afternoon we stopped in to get some ice cream and they told me that they were closed for an hour because of shift change. So between 3: 30-4: 30pm don't be surprised.

The food was very fresh and very good, however it took 35 minutes to get my food which was not good.

They're chocolate milk shakes with caramel or awesome but you gotta add the Karma because their chocolate shakes don't taste right

Don't come here anytime after midnight. Because they will tell you that over half the food on the meal they don't have. And give you about 3 ideas that you can order

Was taking ONLINE orders only but you didn't find out until you pulled up in the drive-thru. These some LAZYASS employees that can't even do that because their drive-thru was packed and people were pulling off STILL with no food. Won't go back because I don't know what they doing inside this particular restaurant- from the food, workers, & the conditions inside and outside of the building.

Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes while the girl talked to the car ahead of me. Then yelled back out the window if I was trying to order. Why else would I be sitting there for 15 minutes. I guess if you don’t know her outside of work your not allowed to order. Waste my time 2k23 thanks.

Normally I love Rally's. The day that I visited this one I was very disappointed. I ordered a chicken sandwich while my husband had two different burgers. My chicken sandwich was actually cold. Not just not hot, cold. One of my husband's sandwiches was also cold. The lettuce was brown and terribly wilted. The drive through had one other car in line ahead of us, yet we were I'm that line for more than 10 minutes.

It's 15 after 10am and they're closed when asked when they would open was told they don't know

The food, especially the fries are great! I ordered everything in a small size, it was still $8. This used to be a great place to get a fast, decent meal quick and fast. When did it start to cost about $10 per person for a drive thru?

Very good service by a young gentleman named Robert. Served my food fast and fresh with a smile that could warm your heart on the coldest of days. Would come again just to see Robert. God bless you king

I was disgusted they double charged me for my purchases and said they ran out of French fries and still charged me for a meal at least put in something as a replacement so irritated about their service

Good food but on a bad part of town. This place could use an update it just looks old. The parking lot needs repaved there are a bunch of pot holes

Went last night around midnight was told if we ordered chicken it would take ten minutes then we proceeded to wait an HOUR for our food. While multiple cars behind us got there food. We were barely addressed in regards to this. Def. A terrible experience.

The drive thru took 10 to 15 mins for a combo and pulled me to the other window. They filled my drink up full of ice so there was little pop in there and they rufused to give me a refill and had to buy another almost 4 dollar drink to have something to drink with my food.thats terrible customer service when it takes that long for your food you should offer a free refill, i always would offer when I was a restaurant manager.ill avoid this rallys in the future

Yesterday evening was my first time visiting this Rally’s. Fast, friendly, and excellent service. I was about to drive off and the cook waived me down to make sure he included my fries with my order. My combo meal # 1 was well made, hot, and tasted fresh. Outdoor dining available. Decent prices.

I Needed A Quick Bite To Eat After Work So I Stopped By Rally's. My Order Was Two Double Cheese Burgers With Rally's Famous Fries. Talk About Delicious. I From New York City (Bronx) So We Have Checkers. Having A Rally's Here Makes Me Feel At Home.
