Always gotta forget something or be rude at the speaker or serve cold food or cram it all in one bag it's not the first rallys if I had a choice between Hudson and this one

Was not a good experience! First time I ever ate at a Rallys. When we arrived and ordered we asked about the deal they had advertised on TV. The woman told us that they didn't have it. So we ordered and went around the drive thru. There were two of us in the car. Even tho I paid for both together and one order, we asked for them to be put in separate bags. She gave it all to us in one bag. I asked for another bag so I could separate the order. One bag for and one for my friend. The woman got really snotty with us and threw the bag at us threw the car window. Also the order was wrong I ordered a combo meal, Very well done, So when I got the order all in one bag I asked which one was well done, she got really snotty and acted like she was irritated at me when they messed it up! Never found out which one was well done until we got home and neither one was. She told me, very rudely that they always cooked them well done. Which was a lie cause they both were very rare. I don't eat any meat that is red in the middle. Very rude worker

Food was horrible had tomato n bacon in my spicy deluxe I never received it no lettuce on my fish sandwich still had lettuce fries were old n never received my bbq wings tried calling only to get voicemail like I’m calling a regular phone horrible experience being that I’m from out of town n only ordered because a couple restaurants were only open

Writing your experience here will only get a generic message from the "owner. " Even if you write to that customer service line, you won't be compensated because the owner already got your money. Business will go on as usual and the people they place in those buildings will still be there, being the same way. The most effective thing to do is starve their business. Like do not give your money to these locations at all. Completely stop going there. Don't go there, pay, and complain, seriously. Keep your money in your pocket and tell all your people. Let the owner see the decline on his pocket and starve their cr-ac-k h-ea-d, dr-u-gged up managers and rude staff. Let them not have a place to collect a check. Keep in mind, the owner may have multiple Rallys locations and if you are consistent, he'll get tired of keeping these fiends on payroll and he won't have the money from a single store to keep a single store open. Take heed if you really want to make a difference in your experience. These foul workers cannot continue to bully or strongarm patrons.

With every eye roll that girl gave me today, I pray that it is in God's own symphony, that her intentions are doubled down on her and all her family ten fold for all their generations to come until there are none.

7/15/23 I just went because they have the best wings, and it's 7: 45 pm and the girl who is taking orders told me they didn't have wings clearly she was more busy with the guy who went to see her at the door, This is the 2-3 time I've tried to buy wings and apparently they never have them available, a few days ago I also came here because I wanted a cheesecake and guess what? Neither had at the moment!

They are never willing to serve customers and they never take your order well. I honestly don't know how the owner of this establishment can hire such incompetent staff.every time I come I always leave with nothing

Went tonight got chicken bits and fries and burger it was terrible nuggets were so old as were the fries burger was sloppy and old as well

U would think with the construction by the store they would make sure to serve a better product to keep sales up

Very understaffed and the manager wasn’t even working she was sitting in the back with one guy doing all the cooking… eventually he was so busy she came and took our order but it was obvious she didn’t want to be there … she messed up our order as well…
I’ve always loved rally’s but this one is not worth the visit. The food was effected by the poor staffing. Would not recommend

This place doesn't want your business after certain hours apparently. Because the drive-thru restaurant tells you when you drive through they only take online orders.this legitimately confuses me and I don't understand the business model of turning somebody away in the car ready to order at the speaker.

Two RALLYS RATINGS. ONE FOR HIGH STREET, OSU CAMPUS, COLUMBUS OHIO (ZERO STARS!) AND ONE FOR KARL RD AND 161, COLUMBUS OHIO (5 STARS!)

RALLYS on HIGH ST IS the Absolute WORST! LITERALLY EVERY TIME I go there after work, (for the last month), they tell me that they're taking online orders only because their system is down. If their system was down, they wouldn't be taking ONLINE ORDERS! My orders in the past have been missing items or made incorrect more often than not! So yesterday, I go early and they have nothing available that I wanted to order and then I was stuck in line.

RALLYS ON KARL RD I GIVE FIVE, yes 5*****! The staff here are always working, great communication skills, polite, if they don't have something they offer a replacement item usually free. If there was a mistake with your order, they always replace the order without any hassle. No matter how late you arrive, if it's open, then you can place an order. I absolutely love going to this Rally's. My family eats at Rallys at least once a week up to 4 times in s week. They have great prices, variety of food, wonderful desserts and I earn discounts and free items.

I hope my reviews help with your decisions. If you are craving Rally's, I definitely recommend going to the Karl Rd and East Dublin Granville (Route 161) location. It's worth the fee minutes and little bit of gas instead of going to High st and dealing with a bunch of B.s and either not getting any food or having your whole meal screwed up.

The food was good the ice cream was great. They ran out if sugar for the funnel cake fries but whatever. OK service as well.

So slow and very unprofessional this will be my last time visiting this rally’s and I love it

First off the food that's on display looks nothing like what they serve, I can't believe I allowed my kids and I to eat from there. If I could give no stars I would. And there expensive for the nasty food they serve, nothing like back in the day. Besides that the white lady was on something kept falling asleep at the register and couldn't count the money. The hamburgers were not even done. And our stomachs are cramping. The food was overall nasty for 34.00 dollars. Close this place down already, only thing it's good for is the French fries.
