Rally's, Columbus OH

Management need to do something about the excuse of shift change the place is open but they will tell you, we are in 15 mins shift change not 1 time multiple times night time day time. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to waste their time going this place.

We picked up burgers through the drive-thru.
Normally we don't do drive through so the service that I got might be the normal drive-thru service that you get in other locations as well.

The first time you could look at the menu. It's also when you order, and while you're trying to figure things out of what you want or what your family wants they try to get you going because there's other cars behind you.

The menu doesn't specify all the sauces and ingredients within the burgers. So if you don't like mail, for example, you might not know that it comes with it.

I got my kids two burgers and they fell apart in the car.
On the other hand, the kids were loving it and when we got home their entire face was dirty. So I guess the food is good.

For two burgers and a meal. We paid 12 bucks.

Absolutely disgusting. My friend ordered a chicken sandwich no mayo. He bit into it and no not mayo, but a chicken tumor with pus! 3 days in the hospital. This place is disgusting IMHO.

Honestly wouldn't recommend to anyone cause whenever I come through they say their system is down.knowing that it's a lie. Then now a new excuse. Door dash only. Wow wow wow. Why doesn't anyone like working any more

Overall good service. I've had a few issues with rude staff, and slow service but the food was good.

Food was hot and delicious, but they did mess up on my burger. The girl seemed unsure of our drinks even though she took the order.

Rally's is consistent and the food is good. I had chicken sandwich and wife had a hot dog. We both like their hot dogs. And their fries are unique and flavorful. Rally don't have inside dining. Just drive through and a few tables outside to eat at.

Rally’s the company is disgusting. They stuck one person in a shack of a restaurant and make them take orders AND cook. Then they put two lanes in for DoorDash plus customers. Everybody loses except rally’s execs. Rally’s management should be put in gulags.

Every time I go the workers seem stressed out smh be a overwhelming experience just want my food to be fresh and sometimes it's not.

The Mushroom Swiss burger is delicious, very small but good. The chicken nuggets on the other hand were not. Small rubbery fried balls that when you break in half are emptyish inside. The flavor is nothing like chicken. The fries were hot and delish like always. Service was fast and great.

The food is good but the service is very slow at times. I always get the mozzarella stick as they're very good, but you can easily make them at home with frozen plain mozzarella stick seasoned with pepper and seasoning salt after cooking.
