The cook the night I was there over road the order takers rude comment we only have 1-4 and politely was outside doing the trash and heard her time of voice. He asked me what it was I would like.he said no problem.he was the best thing going for this location.if he wasn't working.mmmmm.you might not be open much longer with the other rude female that seems not to honor her position. Thank you young man for being more than exceptional in the time you give in your earnings. You will go farBlessings.

Don't bother coming here or ordering. Always something missing. Pathetic workers. They didn't bother to tell my doordash driver that either the "shake machine was down" but knowing them, they just didn't bother to make it.

This location is terrible. Food was portioned way way short and chicken was cold. Drink tasted like watered down soda. Automated order taker was so unhelpful and confusing. Do better!

They Put 5 burger, 4 fries and 2 4 piece mozzarella sticks in one bag. I was pissed. Then couldn't figure out which burger was which. The burgers had overkill on the condiments super sloppy.

They tried to serve me some old crusty fries with my number 3 after I waited a whole 30mins for my food had to wait another 30 for fresh fries

Food was lukewarm. The burger bun is just like out of the bag, all cold at room temp. Only live 3 min away from here too I didn't even finish my food, threw it away. That's how gross this place is.

I cannot comment on all of these items. I cannot comment on any of them. Your hours state that you're open till 2: 00 a.m. But it is only 12: 48 and we are being told that their doordash only. And is not just this one it's all of the ones in the area stop serving regular customers and go doordash only starting it like midnight. However your hours state that you're open to anywhere from 2: 00 to 4: 00 a.m.

Definitely the worst customer service experience I've ever received. To start off my order was taken by an AI robot, just very odd to begin with. After placing my order and waiting 3 or 4 mins to get to the window they took my payment then sent me back around the drive thru again? Never have I ever circled around a drive thru to get my food. Upon pulling out and circling the building I was met with an entire drive thru line of cars where I quite literally waiting for 25 mins for 2 cars to get their food. Idk what they ordered but if it takes 17 mins to cook one cars food you pull them off and take the food out. When I finally got to the drive thru window for the second time the worker leaned out the window and said "What you have? " After waiting 25mins for my food I almost forgot my order. Overall if I could give 0 stars I would. From the AI ordering bot to waiting 25 mins for 2 fried chicken sandwiches and 2 burgers, absolutely ridiculous.

HORRIBLE LOACTION! I don't know how they are still open. I've even called Corporate about them over 4-5 times; means nothing. Always the most hood, ratchet people. No one cares in this place, I mean ever, I mean no matter what staff they put in here. I don't know if they purposely hire retired felons or you have to have a record to work here or what, but it's the WORST. Might cuss you out, definite sloppy food, definite wait, and that's if they aren't "only taking DoorDash". How is the system always down? And that's not counting the bad parking lot with the huge pothole right IN the driveway, or loud train that passes by often.

Every time I come here after 9pm the food is always cold. The fries are hard or has been sitting. I don’t understand why not serve fresh food. Employees never smile or present themselves as welcoming. I just throw the food away I will be avoiding this location or even the food chain all together

Multiple times I tried getting chili dogs and never get any I get told we don't have chili dogs sir

Great burger, slow service, kitchen looks filthy. Whoever owns this has lost focus! I get it, finding employees that care is difficult these days, but if management/owners don't care, who will care? Don't be afraid to run a tight ship! You won't get excellence until you demand it.at any wage rate!

The food was warm but not hot. Also I paid with cash and was not told they did not have enough change to give me until they handed me my change. When I asked I was told we don't have it. Umm excuse me that is unacceptable. I should have been told when I offered the cash and been given the option to use a card. I was given no receipt after asking for one. Very disappointed.

If I could a 0 i would. Came through the drive through at 1am on a Saturday. The "nice gentleman" stated they could only make the number 1 and number 4. I then proceeded to ask if they where in fact open until 2am. Not only did this "nice gentleman" not reply, but also walked away from the window. I attempted to ask if and sides available, again, no reply.while driving past we saw 2 workers standing in the window staring. Worst experience I've ever had, considering I've worked in service.
