Rally's, Springfield OH

I love this place I get such excellent service and a great smile sometimes the lines are long but the food was worth it

Rally's is always a solid choice for a quick trip through the drive through. Very rarely a problem with the order, and when one crops up, they always immediately fixed it when brought to their attention. Will return, again and again and again.

Rally's on south limestone is Awesome. I had one issue the entire time and it was resolved. Staff is super friendly and Krissy, the manager is super nice. It's hard to find kind ppl with zero attitude in food service anymore. But this is my local rallys and they're the best. Thank you all. A. Adkins

It's ok well anything is better than McDonald's my kids have me burnt out on McDonald's so I usually get something from Rally's

It's seems they are using AI at cat orders still yummy but a little odd know it's a AI at the order booth for cars still good food fast service when we went

Gave me the wrong food at the window and I had to tell him it wasn't my order and handed it back. Also he gave me the food before I even payed. I could have driven away with someone else's food for free.

Very surprised how the automated ordering system works since they have put this in. I have yet to have an order messed up from there.

Rally's food is always hot and fresh. They have great menu options and usually have two-sandwich deals for big eaters and people who like to share.

Terrible service, we arrived before we asked for burgesses and they said they still didn't open with a few minutes left, just us.bemdieronnpapas in a bad way

Woulda been better if my ketchup only sandwich didn't have mayonnaise crammed down in the bacon and only like a dribble of ketchup other than that it was good.

Sandwiches were cold, mushy, VERY SLOPPY, and we waited in line for more than 20 minutes and had gotten to the point that I was worried that we would run out of gas! I should get a free meal replacement for the shoddy service and food!

The cleanliness of Rally's left much to be desired. The tables were dirty, and the overall hygiene was questionable. I am not satisfied with there service.

The chili on the chili dogs Was burnt and it took forever to get through A-line and there wasn't too many people in there

I absolutely HATE the automated order menu. I used to go there all the time. I have stopped because of that, and the employees now seem lazy and seldom get my order correct. It seems to have affected 3 locations here in town. I don't venture to the other side of town so I don't know about the 4 th one.

I do not eat fast food at all but one of my sons favorite places when we are in Ohio and we were traveling through. He and his caregiver liked it and she was impressed at how economical it was. It is fast service and according to them good food
