Da Chicken was still raw. Da Utter food was cooked good. My daughter didn't eat da chicken tendies thank God. Just watch yo chicken when u goes.

Still one of my favorites, if you see the guy wearing a hat tell him I said he deserves a raise, pronto.

We ordered the baconzilla combo and the chicken combo and they're phenomenal and will definitely go back!

Took forever to get food, when we did get it, it was ice cold and items ordered were incorrect.

Worst service I ever seen I'm pretty sure there isn't any management here staff walks around 43mins for an order is a joke. You want rally's go somewhere else just not on Belmont.

This was the best rallys I have ever been to. The staff was great my food was so fresh and delicious.

Food was great but the atomic drive thru attendant is creepy honestly, and it didn't asked some basic questions that you'd get with human interactions. Honestly it would be best to speak to humans instead of a AI to order food, gives irobot vibes

It was very good. We went there kind of late so my fries weren't fresh but otherwise delicious food.

No Wonder why they have Robot order taker.
Nobody would like to place order with that bad behavior.

Their drive-through system is now completely automated without you talking to a person. It took a moment to adjust to and waiting in silence for it to finally accept my order. After which there was one car ahead of me and I was in line for 18 minutes just to get a single ice cream cone. I love their strawberry ice cream but I won't be going back.

The food is good when it's done right, which is only about half of the times we have stopped here. We have gotten cold fries and old mozzarella sticks, and almost always have to wait for about 5-10 minutes when we order shakes or sundaes. Signed up for the rewards program and had to explain how it worked to the manager on duty. Even then she argued I was wrong and I ended up paying for something I shouldn't have had to pay for. Unfortunately, this is the only Rally's around so we're forced to deal with it.

First time going here. Got the Big Buford burger. Paid around 6 or 7 bucks for just the burger.too much. Not a terrible one but there are many other places to grab a fast one that I'd recommend way before here. Sorry they're a no. It is one and done fir me.

The girl that worked around 3pm at the window 3/5/23 is very very rude no wonder why they needed automatic speaker at the drive thru and I’m still being polite enough in the complaint thank you very much for not having good customer service at least at the window.

Food is amazing the service is horrible the hours are all over the place you never know if it's open. Wish it was in a better location like Boardman.

Wasn't bad but i honestly expected more. Checkers is much better. Never been to a rallys before so kind of expected more

We ordered online and were on time but was asked to park and wait. We then waited 30 more minutes before I went to the window to receive our cold food and no straws for drinks.it was the worst service ever and the food was definitely not worth the wait or money
