Dr. Napolitano is a great specialist who obviously cares about his patients and servicing their health needs. He is informative, forthcoming, comprehensive, and has a great personality.

My first appointment went great to diagnose what was going on with my foot and it felt like the Doctor spent a good amount of time without seeming rushed. My second appointment I had a laser treatment that also went well. I had my 3 year old with me not knowing what to expect and didn’t realize she had to be outside the room. They had the Doctors assistant hang out with her just outside the door, which I greatly appreciated vs.coming back another day. My reason for the lowered rating was the lack of post treatment information on pain management, what to expect in the coming days and weeks, and what was normal to see or what isn’t. I only got a brief statement about coming back in if the blister gets too bad. I didn’t expect to have shearing pain within a couple hours the inability to put any pressure at all on my foot. I’ve been jumping around on one foot (no crutches or anything to assist), because it causes extreme pain with the slightest pressure. I just wish more post treatment information would have been provided or stated at the end of the appointment.

Ortho Neuro is a wonderful place. Everyone’s friendly Dr. Napolitano is who I saw and he is very nice and has a wonderful bedside manner. I love all the doctors I’ve seen and Ortho Neuro including Dr. Todd and Dr. Cheney.
