Ramada by Wyndham Cleveland Airport West, Fairview Park OH

Health and Safety concerns. The bites I had from the BED BUGS swelled up to the size of a baseball. Must be an INFESTATION. Place is filthy! I would've been better off sleeping in my car but I didn't have it lol!

BEDBUGS. RUN LOL. I was bitten badly on lower back. One even tried to come with me by hiding in my sweater! How cute right? Place is filthy. Save your money and go elsewhere.

No toothbrush (I asked), no shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and look at this sofa, need I say more?

Dont stay here. The rooms need to be badly updated. It took 3 times to find us a room at check in after i booked it a wk out. Very hard beds. Coffee grounds in the coffee.

Horrible visit. No hot water. Was told with a straight face. "you have to let it run for 15-20 min". Door/room felt insecure. Cabinet with microwave, what was that?

DON’T STAY HERE! A terrible hotel, I have never seen. I know the Ramada from other countries with high quality except here!

We checked in on 1.30 am. The given room was quite dirty! Dirt on all tables, hairs and dirtnesses on the bed sheet. Hotel management didn’t provide a solution except refunding. The manager said that it is a cheap room and dirtness is normal. What a terrible comment from a manager of one of the Ramada hotels! At the end, I asked him for new sheets. Although I replaced, they were not clean as well. It was disgusting, we couldn’t stay there, had refund and left the hotel around 2.15 am.

I think, I will NEVER stay in Ramada in USA!

The room smelled funky. There was mold in the shower. The door did not seal properly so snow blew into my room during the night. Even the lobby floor was disgustingly sticky. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting. Bedbug infested clueless staff. Avoid at all costs. I cannot describe how absolutely gross this place was

Fire alarm battery was beeping when I got into the room so I had to disconnect it. I would t requested a new room but it appeared that the front counter lady was on something so I figured I would deal with it.

Heater ended up not working so I went to the front desk and nobody was there. I waited over an hour just to talk to someone, but no one showed. It was warm and my room was freezing since it was 21 degrees out.

There was no breakfast at 7: 30, but they have signs all over saying it starts at 6: 30.

I stayed there last night. I wish I could come back tonight. I’d love to clean up and be the maid for free for them tonight. You guys have my number from last night stay. Just give me a call and I’ll be there?

Just pay 10-20$ more and get a better one somewhere else, this place is way worse than what it looks like in pictures, it looks like an hourly motel. Or just get an airbnb for the same price

I booked the room through priceline. When I arrived I was told I didn't have a reservation and that they only had a king sized bed room (I'm a mom traveling with my two adolescent children). I said it's fine, since it was late and I only needed one night.

As I was opening the room, the clerk came up and said he found my reservation, and that he would refund my room. I asked for the two queen bed that I reserved and magically that became available.

The room smelled like cigars, there was a hole in the wall. In the wee hours of the morning a fight broke out and I heard screaming and slamming doors that lasted at least an hour. But again. It was just fir a quick night after a late flight until the car rental opened. We checked out on Friday.

I was then charged $89 on Sunday. For I can't get a reason why. I called at 8am, and was told the manager would call me at 9. I tried calling at 11,12,1, and called with a blocked number at 230 they finally answered and said I was charged twice and I would get it refunded in 2-4 business days.

The customer service number was of no help.

Our room was a "wheelchair accessible" room with carpet I couldn't push through. Our carpet was soaking wet, old food left in the fridge, leaks in the bathroom ceiling, the entire room smelled like mold. We told the guy and he switched us to an inaccessible room, more inaccessible than the other room. It was dirty, stinky, and even the "accessible" room wasn't accessible. Offered no compensation for putting us in a room that was impossible to navigate a wheelchair in. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I've never in my life been to a worse motel. Thankfully we just had to stay somewhere to get to the airport the next morning. Save your money and sleep under a bridge, it's probably cleaner.

The staffs are nice! The room looks clean at first glance but when I checked it there some dirt marks in the door and walls also there’s this funny smells from the carpet. The bathroom, that is a mess! Check the photos I uploaded and see it for yourself.

My daughter rented a room here so she could be close to the airport. When we went to drop her off there was still police tape on the door. The toilet seat had some kind of black stuff all over it. The shuttle service that they assured her of was not going to be there.

Filthy, falling apart, and dope friends galore. 0 stars isn't an option or I'd choose that.

If I could give no star I would.first room the lights flicked like in a club, second room no heat, from SC it was cold, Next day asked for the heat to be fixed came back to the room no house keeping staff came in, no clean sheets or washcloths went to check on the heat, was not fixed, talked to staff, they replied the maintenance is gone. Wouldn’t give us another room no refunds nothing. Just had to be cold another night. Breakfast was over at 10am, got there at 9 nothing left but a few muffins and two slices of bread, no coffee.when asked staff if they had anything in the back to bring out, he brings out a few more mini muffins… Staff just didn’t care… just very rude and unfriendly… Would never stay in this place again… Worst hotel ever…

New management HORRIBLE. Rooms not clean. Poop on toilet. Young woman manager Extremely rude. Been renting with them for 6 years but now never again
