Ramada by Wyndham Columbus North

This hotel seems old and run-down. Shower would go from hot to cold as you were showering. Coffee maker for continental breakfast was broken, and they said they didn't have coffee packets to take to room to use in the room's coffee maker. Rooms and hallways smelled stale.

They'll put the Ramada name on anything now.

Awful customer service at the check in desk, the young man seemed more interested in talking to his family on the phone than helping us and was still doing so half an hour later when we finally had all our things in the room. There were no luggage carts. He claimed they were all being repaired. Right. One of the keys didn't work at first so we had to drag him away from the back office to help us with that. And drag him away again for more towels since they didn't put in any extra soaps or towels for the three people we indicated were staying. The hallways REEK of cigarette smoke and even the bathroom a little. This is in a NON SMOKING HOTEL by the way. And the room is in various states of disrepair. THERE ISN'T EVEN A FUNCTIONING TOILET ROLL HOLDER.

This hotel is a complete disgrace to the Ramada name.

Great location but I will not ever stay there again. Me, my husband and daughter were visiting from Florida and decided to book this hotel because of the pictures online but only if we knew! We stayed on the non-smoking floor but upon walking in the hallway smelled like cigarettes our room smelled like cigarettes we got the nonsmoking room because our daughter has asthma! I started feeling sick after one night me, my husband and our daughter just returned home and we’re all sick the entrance of the hotel is beautiful but the inside needs major repairs and there was a roach crawling on the wall Art!

The walls are pretty thin. The front desk guy was not friendly or inviting at all when checking in. The place could definitely use an upgrade with cosmetic repairs. Looks cheap. The bed and jacuzzi tub were the best parts of the hotel. But overall 3 stars. I wouldn’t stay here again to be honest.

We had to find a place quickly due to a water problem at our house. Decided to give this place a chance because the price was cheap - which turned out to the watchword for this place, Cheap.

The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpets were dirty.

Our room looked like it had been ridden hard and fast. It looked like like someone had spit lipstick on the ceiling. The molding just inside the door had split away from the wall. The inside of the door had half the wood peeled off it. Basically, our room looked like the a graveyard for discarded furniture as pieces were broken and scratched.

The TV only gets 21 channels of basic programming.

The towels they give you are an absolute joke. The bath towels were barely bigger than a hand towel and were on par with sand paper. When I went to the desk to get an extra towel, they handed me a bath mat. When I said, "This is a bath mat, " the guy at the desk just shrugged. Now, that's customer service.

I know some people have said they felt the breakfast was good, but I was unimpressed. Plus, they took it all away before 9: 00.

The only reason I don't give 1 star is that the bed was comfortable and it is cheap.

I love it here honestly, no bugs, I’ve stayed at ALOT WORSE hotels in Columbus for more money. Beds hella comfy

The service is terrible. I have been trying to contact management for nearly three weeks and cant get a answer. I’ve even reached out to corporate. Truly disappointed in the service
