By far a soothing agency I'd most defiantly recommend before anyone else. Easy process very responsive good pay an best of all there's option's. They're not pushing any ignorant positions onto you. Alyssa Degidio she's top notich give her a shout she'll send you out!

I went through them and got a permanent job with a great company my recruiter and yes I said MY recruiter Sarris Balcerzak she is simply the bomb!

This was my first time working with a staffing agency and Randstad was awesome! My recruiter (Sarris Balcerzak) was honest, easy-going, professional, and incredibly responsive. She listened to my job requests and never tried to push me into positions. I would definitely recommend her and Randstad to others!

Tiny little office. They aren't great about answering the phone because they're always busy or already on the phone-there's only two of them! They will work hard for you if you work hard for them! These are good people who want to find a good job for you. I trust them.

Worst temp agency with employee overload very unprofessional and rude don’t answer the phone by Eddie Bauer and then you call the one in Hilliard and they can’t even help you very upsetting the freaking holidays is around the corner and you can’t even get a job cause of unprofessional employees with s temp agency. Like how don’t you answer your phone for somebody trying to see abt a job and then on top of that the voicemail is full silly thing.

I was hired by a National Recruiter that lived in Florida. I am in Ohio and was not sure how I was going to get all the paperwork done that the recruiter sent per my email. After receiving all the necessary email and paperwork for on boarding I completed all that I could and hurriedly got in touch with my recruiter and a local Ranstandt office in my area. In speaking with the office they were busy had meetings already schedule but told me to come on in anyway. I was so glad I did, the people were friendly, down to earth and professional I was able to get all the paperwork I needed completed. They scanned everything over to the national recruiter (the recruiter and Alicia from the local office were in communication during the entire process) I was very satisfied and thrilled that I was hired nationally but could utilize my local Ranstandt office and cohesively work with local and national together and get everything completed. Wonderful! Thank you ever so much.

I have worked with quite a few staffing agencies through out my career. Randstad Hilliard is by far the worst.

Absolutely the worst staffing agency I have ever delt with 2 weeks later and still haven't been paid served them a note to an attorneys office and in the process of sueing DO NOT UTILIZE THERE SERVICES! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Refused to give me a fair chance at employment! I first applied and was contacted and hired by Randstad for job openings at the JC Penney warehouse, which I had worked at previously through another temp agency, primarily doing merchandise processing, and occasionally picking and packing and working on the quantum sort. After I passed my drug screen and background check with Randstad, they contacted me several WEEKS later asking me if I was able to do a fast paced job. With me having lots of experience in retail positions and being a fast food manager for several years I am very familiar with having to work at a fast pace. So I told them yes, I am able to work fast paced as long as I'm not doing something extremely physically strenuous like loading and unloading the trucks because I am asthmatic. She laughed and said no they wouldn't place me on a job like that especially because I'm asthmatic. They told me what day to come in for my first day, and I did and IT WAS A NIGHTMARE because they LIED TO ME. I was assigned to PALLET BUILD which is exactly what kind of job I said I was unable to do and was assured that I wouldn't be placed on, but there I was anyway! I was only there for 4 hours before I had to be sent home by a supervisor because my asthma was raging out of control due to the extremely physically strenuous activity they had me doing! They apologized and said they were unsure why I was placed there due to the nature of the job and that they would contact me as soon as something else became available. And that was another LIE! The incident happened in February. It's now APRIL and I have NEVER heard ANYTHING back from them, despite the numerous messages I left for them and the numerous postings for other available jobs within the warehouse that they have on ziprecruiter and their home site! When I called the Hilliard office to complain about the situation I was told that the reason I was being IGNORED was because the team at JC Penney decided NOT to place me on another assignment due to what happened, I was then LIED TO AGAIN by a man saying he apologizes for the misunderstanding and he would call me as soon as something became available elsewhere. Of course I never heard back from him either. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LIARS! I was never given a fair chance of employment. I specifically told them what I was unable to do, they LIED and said they wouldn't give me a job like that, gave me a job EXACTLY like that, and then penalized me by refusing to help me seek other employment when I was unable to do the job that I had already told them I would be unable to do. This is discrimination. I was NOT given a fair chance of employment and I intend to keep reporting Randstad until they are held accountable for their lies and actions. NEVER WORK WITH RANDSTAD!
