Expert service beginning with the person receiving my call. Pleasant person and scheduling an appointment was easy. Oil furnace techs really know this type of system-not many around any longer for oil burners. They showed up within the time frame promised and took care of the issue. A+

They were able to come out the day we called (we had no heat) and fixed the problem right away.

I was concerned about whether or not the boiler, we have hot water heat, was operating correctly so I call and they sent a repairman out the next day and sure enough my concerns were well founded. The repairman was able to make the repairs and put the boiler back in good operation.

They were recommended by a friend. I called and got someone to come out to give me an estimate the next day. I never heard another thing. He verified my email address before leaving but never got a quote so I went elsewhere.

The maintenance man came a little early actually, with calling me 15minutes before showing up. Very friendly guy who tolerated the dog barking for most of the time!
Went right to work, making sure everything was working correctly, cleaning inside the furnace and mentioning the best filters to use. Used Gidich afew times during these last 20 years, and always satisfied with their work.

Everyone was very friendly and quickly arranged a time for service. In addition to discovering and fixing the problem, the repair man took time to check the entire heating system. All this was done within one hour. I would highly recommend them!

I called to report my furnace wasn't working and the dispatcher was able to send a technician almost immediately. He identified the problem, ordered the needed part and made a temporary fix that gave us heat until the following day when he returned to install the part. The dispatchers and the tech were friendly, responsive and good at their jobs. Gidich has serviced our furnace for 22 years and this is the norm. Excellent company!

We actually set appointments for 3 service calls for furnace work. One at our rental property and two at our home. In both instances the furnaces quit performing. The rental property furnace seemed to be an easy fix. The experienced service tech found the problem right away and replaced the part. Our home furnace was a little different. The young, but experienced service tech quickly found the problem, but informed me that the main computer board was malfunctioning and a new one would have to be ordered. Not much more than a day later he (Zak) returned and replaced the board, cleaned the blower fan, and added a small piece of tubing on the leaking humidifier water discharge tube.
The whole experience was a display of extreme professionalism and showed me how much Gidich Heating employees (whether over the phone or in person) care for their customers well being. I was well informed throughout the whole ordeal and felt that the price was in line for the work and parts that were provided! Thank you Gidich Heating & Cooling Co. - great job!

We've used the maint.service every fall for years. Always have Chuck who answers all our questions & does a great job! We're thinking of having a new system installed & would want Chuck to continue the servicing. We would only have Ray Gidich install our new one because of their prior service with us. We know we can trust them because of our many years working with them!

For over twenty years our family has been served by Ray Gidich H&AC. They have installed and serviced air conditioners, air handlers and even a whole-basement dehumidifier in our home, and their work has been excellent. They are always responsive and prompt, professional and reasonably priced. We strongly recommend them!

We had Gidich HVAC service at our home for routine maintenance. Their communication was great, the service technician arrived right when they said he would, he did a thorough check of the furnace for a reasonable price. I definitely plan on using them again.
