Ray's Place Of Fairlawn reviews
19This is a pretty cool place. Great food, friendly staff, and friendly patrons. Check it out.
Overall great drink selection and pretty good food. I've been here a couple of times and the service and food quality have been consistent. I would recommend it as a place to meet friends or meet after work.
My first time here. I ordered a full size salad to go and it was amazing! I was also impressed by the prices! I will be back! Portion size was great and tasted amazing! Kelly at the bar was wonderful.
Delicious Food, friendly & fast service. Bacon cheeseburger, onion rings, fair fries, & turkey reuben
Like other restaurants, Ray's seems to be experiencing staffing shortages. We had a one hour wait for our food - one sandwich that we split and two appetizers. I usually like the fried pickles, but this time they were disappointing. They were pickle shreds at best, and some pieces were only batter. I've been to other places where you get fried pickle spears, so this was not up to par. The waitress did apologize several times for the long delay, but I wouldn't go back at dinner time. The Cuban sandwich was fair, but again, I've had much better elsewhere.
It was ok great atmosphere, my dads fries were cold and the chicken in my chicken parm was very dry, wonderful service from the staff will give them another try.
We went to senior frogs in Ray's Place Of Fairlawn very fun and entertaining.our server Hermès was very polite, fun and excellent. We enjoy coming here very fun atmosphere and great food
The food is very good for the price, friendly staff, usually not a very long wait, if there's one at all. You absolutely have to get the pig rub fries!
Been to Rays Kent many times back in the day. Been to Rays Fairlawn just several times. Poor service has caused me to walk out for the second and the last time.
Everything costs more, but it's better than before. There was a time when we were required to wear masks and submit to government lockdown. Ray's is fantastic food, good service and tasty drinks. Built on a tradition of European pubs, Ray's is a place to love!
Wings were rubbery and they skimped on the seasoning. Beer was not very cold. Overall atmosphere was kind of crummy. I wasn't impressed and likely would not come back.
Well cooked, good food as always, and i LOVE the fact that the staff actually have a CLUE about the craft beer on tap!
Very disappointed in the management here. Yesterday a group of us from work went in after work for a drink. We were told by their management staff that basically they could not serve us. Due to they had two other parties coming in. There was plenty of staff standing around.we did stay for a drink but that was it. Will not ever return.
Been here a number of times. Service is good, food is average at best. Ordered a brisket sandwich and it was so tough and sloppy i took 2 bites and was done. Brisket should not be sliced 2 in.thick especially on a sandwich, it’s not edible. Even the fatty piece was tough which means over or undercooked. I don’t know who’s running this kitchen but other than the burgers I haven’t enjoyed a thing I’ve tried here. Sorry
Rays is my favorite so this whole review will be biased. The food is so hot and fresh. The servers are always johnny-on-the-spot. You never go without a drink, a napkin, a need or a smile
Wife and I absolutely love this place. Food is always great. Service is top notch and they have a good selection of beer as well.
Food was greasy and overpriced. Beer selection (60 taps) was excellent as was the service.
Food is good, generous portions. Six packs to-go, several good bartenders checking on everyone.
Well, It was my first time visiting, the place wasn’t too busy, but I felt as though my party didn’t get enough attention from our waitress. All of the monitors were playing a golf swing tutorial show when Game 6 of the NBA Finals was on. That should have been my first indication this was not going to be enjoyable!
It took a very long time to put in our drink order, and she kept coming back with news that they were out of things to prepare certain items on the menu. First, they were out of a drink that was on promo, then they were out of the bread for one of the sandwiches we wanted to order.
After placing our order, we had to wait a very long time for our food. We discovered (after waiting 15 minutes for our server to make her way back around so that we could ask) that it had all been dropped on the floor and that it was being prepared again. I had a party of 5 with two young children! Safe to assume it was a challenge keeping them at bay for that long. After we were finally brought out our food, two dishes were prepared incorrectly. We had pretty much had enough at this point. We just wanted our bill.
They did comp us a portion of our bill, but it was not enough to convince us to return. No thank you.
