Canon printers are the best, economical and last and it is what he stocks cause he cares about his customers. Bench prices are great and up front about cost before work is done. Happy to give you several alternatives which is extremely helpful-will explain why it needs such and why it doesn’t.
For our company- we will only have Rcom systems handle our computer and printer needs. Worth the drive to Oberlin for honest repair work, especially when you are dealing with computers.

Never fixed the main issue I brought it in for. Not very good service at all and he doesn’t return calls. Very disappointed

Last time I took my laptop in I had to go back and pick it up and take somewhere else due to lack of service and information. The front desk person was really rude. Thought I'd try again today with my desktop but was hung up on twice. They don't even answer the phone so how can they do business. Very disappointed cause they were always great in the past and are so close.
