Randy bends over backwards for all of his customers and made me feel like my project was as important to him as if it were a project he was working on for his own home.

Between me and my Fiancé we have lived her for 12 years, and every time we need something fixed it goes in one ear and out the other! DO NOT RENT a here ever, sure it looks nice on the outside BUT that’s where the as they put it luxury stops. And it must of stopped in 1985 since they haven’t updated the inside since. I WEED my own little piece of property yeah the cut the grass BUT I guess they don’t pay for weed removal.

Having a property with these people has been hell on earth. Theyre great properties, but they never fix anything and it’s very hard to get them to actually do anything that needs done. Unless someone makes a lot of noise to get something done, they’ll just put it off forever, and in some cases, even causing more and more damage.

I know they do remodeling as well, but I’d never trust them anywhere near my house.

Had a kitchen renovation.its been almost 3 yrs ago and we're getting gaps in the flooring. Tried to call.no one answers. Tried to email.was told email advertised doesn't exist. Stopped over at the office.was supposed to be opened 10-1: 00 and no one was there.the rest of the work was fine but they advertise a 25 yr warranty?

His big ego gets in the way of business.

We needed our bathroom updated but the owner insisted that we remodel (move the tub, sink, toilet around). At first he told us he would give us about 3 design options, but he only offered one and refused any other possibility.

He openly told us that he wouldn't be interested in an upgrade but would only do a remodel because "an upgrade wouldn't be worth the cost" for him. When he realized we were not planning on using him, he contacted us and told us that he had seen our layout in another house and that "it actually works" and would be willing to just update. (BTW it makes me uneasy if you have to see the design and cannot mentally visualize it- aren't you a designer?)

He did not listen to us as all- we asked to keep three features in the bathroom and he wanted to remove ALL of them (including the window!). Then he kept saying "I KNOW the wife wants a bigger bathroom". What?

In terms of actual work done:
Since then I have seen his work in other homes. In both homes, the projects took more than a month longer than planned (due to contracting out), he only allows HIS materials (his knobs, light fixtures, etc), and the paint job is horrible (drywall patchwork is not flat which is noticeable with high gloss).
