Glad to have gone with this company rather than the competitors. No old-school salesmen tactics and great communication. Justin was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

We are very pleased with the bathroom remodel that Rebath did for us. They were on time and very easy to work with. It looks so good!

We are so pleased with ReBath that we have signed for them to do our other bath. Our salesman Justin is fantastic as well as the project manager Tom. Justin addressed all of our questions and was so very kind and professional. Both Justin and Tom are a real asset to ReBath. Everything was completed in 1 day and the installation crew took extra care to keep everything neat and clean. I love my new shower and we can’t wait to get our other one done.

We've now had Rebath complete two jobs for us. Several years ago, they replaced our existing tub and tile with a new tub, and just this month they replaced our whirlpool tub with a shower. Both times, the crew was professional and prompt throughout.

We went back and forth for a while on going a totally different route for this second job, but ultimately between the discount we received, knowing that things have been great with our first Rebath job from several years back, knowing that the entire job could be done in a single day, and the lifetime warranty, it was too good to pass up the opportunity.

This second time around, we worked with Justin for our in-home estimate, and he was great to work with. It didn't feel sales-y, and he laid the information out very clearly for us. We also received a discount for being repeat customers.

A word of "caution", however - When working with Justin, he will just flat out REFUSE to do the worm in your home, even though he says he can do it. If you're looking for a company where this is a guarantee, you may want to search elsewhere! ;)

The entire experience was great from start to finish. Justin reviewed everything and allowed us to pick options to suit our individual needs. From ordering to the day of installation was about a month. Cory and Collin arrived on time for the installation process and were very thorough and professional. Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience!

Had Re-bath modernize the wet area of my master bathroom just a week ago and they did a fabulous job. Justin Scherffer, the salesman was knowledgeable and very professional. He knew his product and had some creative ideas. The installation crew was at my door on-time and completed the job in excellent manner. I am very pleased with my experience with Re-bath and would give them a rating of 11 out of a possible 10!

AWESOME! ReBath came out to my house for a quote after inquiring on home depot's website. The initial presentation/quote was thorough, no-nonsense, and I liked that they would go down to the stud and replace any water-damaged material they might find. I also appreciated the different financing options, as we had other projects and a wedding coming up. Once Justin & his team came out to install, they were quick and efficient; getting the job done in only about 7 hours in total. Justin did a fantastic job and the install was incredibly clean and detail-oriented (even with some walls that were not totally square- it's an older house). I would highly recommend them for any sort of bath/shower remodels!

We are very excited to see our new shower. Justin was awesome and spent a lot of time with us. Very helpful, professional. The whole process was throughly explained. Didn’t feel any pressure and really enjoyed working with him.

Zach Space was an excellent representative of Re Bath. He arrived on time and carefully listened to our needs. He measured carefully and even went into the crawl space to inspect under the bathroom floor. We are looking forward to the shower he helped us plan.

After filling out the form on Lowe's shower installation free estimate, we were receiving texts and calls to set up an appointment within minutes. I appreciated the rapid response especially given that it was late in the evening.

Justin and Rob came out the following morning and were very polite and thorough with their estimate and presentation. However, the sales pitch was very long winded and had questions that made us feel like we would be making a bad choice to not pursue having them install a new shower insert kit and bath tub.

After letting them know that a competitor could beat their pricing by 2,600, they were in disbelief saying that corners would be cut and there would not be any warranty on their product.

After telling them multiple times that this renovation would be done for the purpose of reselling in the next few months, they were still trying to push their financing options. Why would I want to finance something that I'm only going to enjoy for a brief time and continue to pay for something the next owners will be using?

I appreciate that Re-Bath goes into great lengths to let customers know that their product is warranted by them and the information about the process and products was thorough. But, I would highly recommend others to pursue different estimates and go with what they are comfortable with in the end.

Helpful tip to Re-Bath and all sales people: saying that a competitor is not going to do a great job is not a good look for you.

We will not be going with their products and services based on our personal needs. However, I can see why so many are happy with what they have to offer.

We’re extremely happy with both the shower and shower/tub combo from Re-Bath. Professional the whole way through. You know you were in the hands of experts. Their work looks awesome. Their guys were great. We’re very inspired to finish off the bathroom and make it look like how we’d like it to look.

I reached out to schedule and estimate Monday evening and they were able to accommodate a morning appointment the next day. Justin provided lots of choices and information on the bathtub and surround that I need replaced. I had another estimate later that day and I was hesitant to pull the trigger without comparing products and pricing with other highly rated businesses. That was a mistake! After looking at the products and quote (with a phone call to a manager to work on matching) from another VERY highly rated business they could not match the price, timeline, product and financing options available. Re-Bath has been doing this long enough that they certainly have the front end of the business down! Fortunately Justin had time and was kind enough to return to finish out the contract process the same day for the very best pricing. I highly recommend getting a quote and not hesitating to move forward and get the best value available for a bathtub and surround replacement!

We initially completed a shower project on one bath, then we decided to do two more showers! Highly satisfied. We worked with Justin and very happy with our experience.

Zach was very informative and very helpful showing us all our options we have. He went over every detail with us and was completely thorough.

Overall, short of the high pressure sales techniques the overall pitch was not a bad experience. However, the next day we found a hard inquiry on our credit report which we never consented to (we plan to pay cash for our remodel). Subsequent follow ups to rebath have left much to be desired (not taking accountability, no offers to rectify). I am very disappointed by these predatory techniques and would not advise utilizing rebath.

Our salesman Justin took his time from the very beginning to explain to us all options, very professional. We just had the bathrooms done and they are beautiful! The guys that came were on time, professional, clean up after the job and the results are amazing, I am glad I got this company to do my showers.

My experience with Zach at Re-bath was top notch. He had an opening in his schedule earlier in the day and reached out to get me in. Upon arrival, he was courteous and professional, and even asked if I wanted him to remove his shoes. Zach took all the time needed to ensure I understood the products and processes needed to replace my shower. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend, 1000%
