I contacted Suburban Fireplace & Patio after a company told us that our entire chimney needed replaced for $15,000. I contacted Suburban Fireplace to see if they could convert our wood fireplace to gas to try and salvage what we had rather than shell out that much money. Over the phone they were able to tell me that the information I had gotten from the company seemed incorrect. They referred me to a better company that was able to fix our minor problems for $1,000. These people know it all when it comes to fireplaces. I highly recommend this company for their honesty and customer service. I've recommended them to family members who say the same thing about how trustworthy this place is.

Their Tech Travis came by on time, informed us about our fireplace, said that all it likely needed was a good cleaning, and was a consummate professional. The $125 service charge was well worth it for the education, professionalism, and to stop the frustration we've had for the past several years with our fireplace not working. We had another company come out in the past and charge us $300 and basically dress-up our fireplace, do a light cleaning but not where it needed it, and the fireplace went back to shutting off after a few minutes of use within just a couple of weeks of payment. Ours is a ventless fireplace and the prior company tried to sell us a whole new unit when we called them back after it started giving us problems again. I can highly recommend Surburban Fireplace services.

Had Suburban out to clean and fix my gas fireplace. A previous company had told me that it couldn't be fixed, that parts weren't available. Suburban came out and cleaned my fireplace, made a few adjustments, and said there was nothing wrong with it. Fixed by cleaning!:) I am now sitting in front of my very pretty fire thanks to Suburban.

We absolutely love our new gas logs! The owner took time to find out what we looking for, educated us on our options and made a very good recommendation. The installer was very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and efficient.

We could have bought online at a lower cost but the information and service that we received from Suburban was worth every penny and more.

The lady that greeted us was the co owner with her husband.
She is a wealth of information! She is very knowledgeable and honest about the products. She was not pushy. She gave us information to bring home and work through. We found their prices to be competitive with online prices as well.
