6We have used Red Carpet Alterations several times. We’ve had two suits, a pair of jeans, and a wedding guest dress altered. Pricing was always straightforward and very reasonable. The work is well done and has always been on time. We’ll be returning!
Very good work. Experienced at handling wedding party gown alterations. Mine was heavily sequined. Alterations allowed the dress to fit well and not lose the design detail of the gown.
Have used them twice for bridesmaid dresses. Their turn around was really quick for both and upfront about pricing. I also had them hem a pair of pants for my toddler. Super happy with the results of all three items.
When I first arrived, a man told me to put on the dress I was having altered and I did so immediately. I had also called the night before to check that they could do the services I needed in the time frame allotted. I sat in the dress for a full 20 minutes with no other customers there and not one person came out to see me or communicate a time frame. There were people yelling in the next room so I poked my head in to see if I could find anyone to help me and no one was visible in the next room. Ended up just changing and leaving after waiting for 20 minutes.
Had two pairs of jeans that needed repairs on the pockets He told me it would take about two weeks to sew but I agreed because it did not need that pants soon. Did not give me a price on my ticket, but told me it would be about $20.
When I cam back the white copy of the ticket he had said $40 and $10, but he told me $75. I didn't argue, I just paid and left.
There are plenty of other reputable alteration shops in the area.
They will smile to your face and rip you off.
Everyone at Red Carpet Alterations was so helpful from start to finish! I needed a quick hem for a bridesmaids dress (completely my fault for procrastinating haha) and they took care of everything for me quickly and efficiently. The rush fee was small and the service was top notch! I will definitely be back for any more tailoring needs:)
