My appointment was at 11: 00 got here late because of trailer problems but still I arrived at 12: 15 they told me I was going to be work in 3 hours later they told me your going have to reschedule. Well thanks could have told when I got here that you won’t be able to get me in.

I went there 2hours late and they took care of me in 2 hours I was out loaded (Mack) nice guy an example for other distributors (Walmart) thanks my friend wish all the best

Easy in and out of you have a Drop and hook. Friendly staff. Can getting around in parking lot easily as well.

Been here 2& half hours. They haven’t touched my truck. I asked front desk, what was going on? I’m the only truck in a door. Said they go by appointment time. Okay. It’s still an hour & half past my appointment time. So. Very slow to load. Eating up my clock. Supposed to get load there today. Doesn’t look like I’m going to make it

Arrived 1030 for 1100 appt.in door at 1100.loaded 1230. Paperwork out the gate1300.no overnight but, there is pulloff at end of drive for 1 truck or park on ramp if coming by 35.didn’t see bathroom. I’d say they go by appts cause trucks waiting. Slide tandems, remove red line & chock tire.they did check all that before loading

Dont bother coming here for pickup if you are late for your apoitment, they not gonna load you!

Was listed at a live load at 2200. Arrived at 0430 and load was preloaded on a trailer. Yard dog was nice and told me.what to do

F this place avoid if you can got here at 8: 30 and it is 1: 05 still in the dock. Wanted to br home for holidays now they ruined it. My last load with them.

This place like change appointment time to approve it’s drivers fault being late when they don’t have the product ready to ship. My appointment was at 11 AM was here on time broker and dispatcher sent by email tell me what time to here. It is now 3 PM I just back into a dock. According to shipping department my appointment was at 10 am.

My appointment was at 10: 30 AM. Checked in 8 AM got unloaded by 8: 30 AM. Really fast unloaded. Friendly staffs!

Arrived the staff and security where very polite. Checked in and got loaded right away. Thank you Lord.

Don't take loads that deliver to this facility. They turn down trucks and won't unload. I was scheduled for friday 9 am delivery and got turned down. The reason is "sorry we don't have space in the warehouse". They told me to come back Tuesday and refused dropping trailer on their parking lot. That day 37 trucks got refused for the same reason. I lost 4 days and a hot load back home where my baby was taken to emergency room with high fever.

You will wait on the scale for the long time before someone get out and see what you have in trailer

At the front desk sitting another old lazy and doesn’t know what she’s doing, was on time for PU there were 2 drivers before me and it took 45 minutes to get turn and after that she told that they don’t do load after 6 pm if that lazy ass old woman did her job faster all drivers could get their load. Just avoid this place if you can.

Place sucks to bring bulk ingredients in if it's after 7 pm prepare to sit on there scale at least a hour before on of there lazy employees will come and see what you have for them.then they act like it's a chore for them to do it.definitely should be black listed for delivery

Appointment was for 1am, when i got here 12: 30am, i was told the person unloading isint in, will let me know when he gets in at 4am.i got up at 3.30am and he scaled in and where busy unloading to trucks that got here at 2am and had later appointments, what the hell!
