Very flavorful food that was hot and fresh. The biscuits are to DIE for! I was so very pleased with my visit.

Red Lobster Polaris is the yummiest! Grab that curbside Monday special Endless Shrimp with pick 4 shrimp items.

It was a great red lobsters very attentive service and food came out fast. Expect a long wait during peak hours due to limited seating during COVID

Our food was great. My wife got the unlimited shrimp and I got the seafarers feast. The problem was slow service with only a few customers. I had to catch the server to get my wife a second helping of shrimp.

Tried call ahead seating and was told over the phone there is no call ahead seating. Get there and the sign at the hostess desk says call xx-xxx for call ahead seating.
The girl I spoke with over the phone was standing at said desk.

Otherwise all good.

Good food and decent service. Clean bathrooms. It's one of my favorite places. Only problem was getting my drink refilled in a timely manner.

This Red Lobster is very well operated. How refreshing compared to the one in Marion OH which I would NEVER eat at.
This Red Lobster at Polaris had very delicious food and the waiter Zane was fabulous he went out of his way to accommodate me as I am in a wheelchair. His hospitality was very spot on. Finally a chef who knows how to prepaid the food I'm I love at Red Lobster.

Red lobster has changed their menu. Ordered Alfredo with crab.blah. Others ordered sailors platter.not like it used to be. Hoping to never have to go there again.

Little bit of a wait but no complaints the food good you get what you pay for definitely had a friendly server and food wait wasn’t to long at all management was on top of things will definitely return to this location

Good food and good service. A bit on the pricey side, but well worth it for a nice night out. The new ginger shrimp with the endless shrip is very good, and worth trying. Maybe even twice!

We went about 2pm and was seated right away. Our server was great. Overall the food was good just a little too salty but cooked perfectly.

Zane (our waiter) was awesome with great suggestions and fun and friendly service. The restaurant was clean. The food was wonderful and the bar was stocked well. Great time, will have to do it again.

Had great service! But didn't have some of the great shrimp dishes they had last year. Fiesta shrimp was horrible.

Food was pretty good. Except lobster was pretty dry. Waiter was excellent! Got the problem fixed expeditiously!

Service and food was good. However building could use repairing, back of bar ceiling had visible leaking which gave the restaurant a very unpleasant smell.

Never had any issues at this location. Staff has always been pleasant and food was always cooked as ordered. Polaris is definitely my preferred location.

It's what you want from a Red Lobster. Great service! Food came out fast and hot. Everything was clean except the menus.

Food ice cold. Waiter dropped a tray of drinks on our table. Drinks and ice everywhere. Had to move to another table. Never saw or heard from a manager with an apology.
Highly overpriced for frozen seafood. Memorable Birthday.
Never again!
