Understaffed. Food was just ok, lacked that wow factor. Wasn't really impressed with anything, especially for the price we paid. The server was really nice and friendly, but was definitely spread too thin, no fault of her own.
Overall it was just an ok experience, but not worth the price.

Maybe I am getting old or something but ny find was extra salty today.waiter took a long time but was very nice. Restaurant was clean and well staffed.

First time in 30 years we had a bad experience.
Cheddar Bay were even off. Two ultimate feast and food was not the same.

Update from 5 stars to 1 star based on my experience today. Service was absolutely horrendous. We placed our order (2 entrees and an appetizer) then sat for 30 minutes; no rolls, server never stopped by to check up on us. The tea was so sweet my GF couldn't even drink it and if the server had stopped by even once in that 30 minute window she'd have known that and swapped the drink. We ended up walking out (still having not talked to our server since the original order) and going to BJ's. It's a shame because this was my fav local eat in restaurant, but at this point I won't be returning. Been telling friends and family about the experience so they don't have to go through the same thing.

For a non seafood person they had a good selection service was not good! Food was great would try again hopefully next time it's better.

Loved our server Jeremy! Friendly, funny, attentive to us, even gave my boys a sundae for keeping him entertained, he deserves a raise!

Great service. Ordered 2 appetizers, good but small, 5 meals, 3 were very good but kid's meal burnt, 1 adult meal super salty. Overall good experience though overpriced.

The food was great but service was not. Had to ask for my waitress multiple times for simple things like a refill for my tea and my daughter's food.

Disappointing dinner - menu was cut way back (our favorites are no longer offered). Portions were embarrassingly small. Would have given one-star but our server was actually very good.

We had the best service from Jeremy S. Everything was delicious, loved the new crispy Brussels sprouts, so much food we had to take the rest home, husband loved the coconut shrimp. We will definitely be back soon.

Excellent meal for Father's Day a treat with my daughter. A pleasure after long months of lockdown. Excellent experience.

Not sure if it was bc it was lunch instead of dinner but the cook was lazy. Grilled shrimp with no season or color other than their black little tails, mixed greens with my salmon but nothing on them.just leaves. Salmon was done okay, too bad they left the skin on n put skin side down on rice bed. Yum, scales. I assumed in a rice bowl it would be fully ready to eat. Wong. My waiter was nice though (those are his 2 stars and 1 for the hostess and cleanliness. Food -2)

The customer service here was awesome. They were very accommodating and attentive.

The biscuits were awesome. The strawberry lemonade is great.

I ordered the never ending shrimp combo. I tried all four of their options.
The Shrimp scampi was ok, but you could definitely make it better at your home.
The Coconut shrimp was fine, the sauce was coconut with small chunks of pineapple in it.
The “Walts Favorite shrimp” seemed like your average fried shrimp.
The Shrimp skewers were fine as well.

My boyfriend ordered the pick three. The pasta in his shrimp Alfredo was kinda watery, the rice wasn’t very good.

One of his nephews ordered the Mac and cheese. He tried it and said that it didn’t taste cheesy. I tried some it didn’t taste very cheesy and the noodles seemed a little watery.

The restaurant itself is clean and well kept.

If you like red lobster and never ending shrimp, go for it but I think you could make better seafood dishes at home.

My mom brought me here for a bday dinner. She insisted I try the filet mignon. So I did. Well done. It was soooooooo good! Cooked to perfection! I didnt even need the steak sauce. That was the first time in 9 years I had a steak I could chew. The mashed potatoes were amazing, and the biscuits omg. The food was so good I cant stop thinking about it. Amazing job to the chef. A meal I will never forget. It was perfect. Oh and I had a peach Boston tea. That was amazing also. Great food. Thank you very much.

Used to love this place. Visited on a Saturday afternoon around 2 pm recently and will be my last visit. They were not very busy, but the table next to us stayed dirty the entire time we were there. The prices have all went up & the pasta dishes no longer come with a side. The food was ok, but not as good as it used to be. So for those reason I wouldn't recommend it.

My Granddaughter and l had an early lunch and everything was great! We opted for different shrimp dishes and some tropical beverages. Plus the famous biscuits. Our food was served hot and our server was very attentive. Red Lobster is my favorite place to eat.

Used to be my favorite place to eat but sadly it's not as good as it used to be. Portions are smaller & it lacks quality. The salad & biscuits are still good though.

The server was friendly and handled our large party and our requests pretty well. Margaritas were strong and you can't go wrong with cheddar bay biscuits of course!
