15Good food and service. They forgot to bring out my boyfriends salad when they brought out mine. They apologized and he got it to go they also gave him biscuits to take home
The fish was so tough you couldn’t even eat it. They changed the biscuits and they are not as good as before.
The hostess seemed like the guest were an inconvenience if you made any special requests for seating.
The absolute worst service I have ever had at a over priced restaurant waited 15 minutes and never got out drink order before we left I confronted the manager and did not get so much as a sorry do not go here.
The lobster and shrimp dinner was rubbery and tough and lacked taste but the service was very good
One star because the food tasted good, as it would at any red lobster considering they all use the same recipe. Horrible service, it wasn't even busy and the server didn't know how to put our food in, a hour later a supervisor came over asking what we order cause it hasn't been put in.we didn't get checked on regularly like we should of. Hr and half later and we've been waiting to ask for boxes for 15 minutes. He finally comes back with the check with THREE guest it's only 2 people! Really believe this is a good place to eat at, especially because I use to work there but it's really went down to the dumps after management changed.where is Shelly? The old GM. This would of never happened.
Gm did take care of the bill which is very much appreciated but I would of rather had a great experience!
Haven't been in a long time. Glad we decided to go. Best service we've ever had and the food was fantastic.
At least we didn't have to wait for an hour to get in there. Other restaurants had a very long wait. The food was okay but I think there was only one waiter working. I felt really sorry for him. He didn't even have time to remove plates that were empty. So we sat there with a cluttered table. I know people are having a hard time finding people to work. This is a sad country.
Server was nice but kitchen was slow. Some food was cold and potato and brussel sprouts came out 10 minutes after meal.
It's expensive, mediocre seafood, but it's the only seafood in Akron, Ohio. For better seafood cook it yourself or travel to the Cleveland area. The service is usually very good so there's that.
It is. Really badly done corporate seafood. I got the ultimate feast and I felt like everything was over cooked, rubbery and drowned in butter. Except the tiny crab legs, those were cold.
Sunday evening dinner with my Husband. The food and the service was AAA+ and nothing beats good fresh food. It was so worth it. And can't wait to go again.

Clean and nicely decorated. Food quality is ok for the Akron, Ohio area. Generally not too crowded. I eat here about once a month. It can be pricey for the premium plates, but there are less expensive alternatives.
Went out to eat with a friend of mines.the food was amazing! Service was on point the sever was awesome.overall a good experience. We didn't have much of a wait time. My friend ordered shrimp with his steak but the waitress didn't hear him when he ask. A very simple mistake.nothing bad at all I completely understand the work that's entailed in service. We tipped her 20.00 so all was good! ️
